Best Plumbing Problem in Indianapolis IN

Ben, is very knowledgeable and patient. I know nothing about plumbing and he explained everything throughly to me. He is an awesome plumber, he did an amazing job. I also like the fact that everyone at Hope is in tune with one another. They all correspondent to make sure the job was done correctly. They are very prompt as well.

We were referred to LD Smith by another plumbing company to address an outside sewer drain line issue that came up urgently. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out and examine and clear the clog within 3 hours of my initial call. Nick was pleasant, professional, honest and thorough in his work so that we didn’t get stuck with a big bill and another problem over the weekend until the other expensive plumbing issue could be addressed the following week by the original company. I would recommend them (and Nick) based on our experience.

I had called and spoke with someone who could not help me and had to have a service guy call me back. After speaking with him, the parts I was looking for you did not carry and he suggested a couple places I may try.

Great service, very thorough, and very professional. Service technician helped locate and unclog the blockage in our sewer main. He was able to remove the blockage (roots) and ensure the entire length of the line was clean. Would definitely recommend Roto Rooter services!

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. I had a hot water pressure issue with my shower I contacted Acme for help. They first stated that a technician would be out between 1-4pm by 5pm I had heard nothing. I called and the lady stated that someone should of called me to let me know it would be later, she stated that the technician should be there soon. Not until almost 7pm did they finally arrive. This isn't even the main issue. The technician stated that it was my shower fixtures and that he would need to cut a hole in my drywall then replace the valve fixture and install all new fixtures etc and estimated the project at $1,395.00 but could be more if they were other issues. I felt that the technician was giving me a sales pitch instead of fixing my issue so I called another company Williams Plumbing Service he came within the hour of my call and only to find the problem not being with my actual valve stem and fixtures at the shower/tub location but simply a clog at my water heater on the hot side. A simple 5 minute fix and only charged a service fee of $89.00! So beware of Acme, they should be reported to the better business bureau, if this happened to me I can only image all of the other poor customers that this has happened too.

Friendly, efficient, and reasonable. They helped me out with a big sump pump mess and made me feel at ease and gave me peace of mind. Not pushy and very helpful!

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful. They did a very professional job and the system looks great. They took the time to make sure the job was done correctly the first time. I would highly recommend them and Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber to everyone!!

Hosey has come out to our house a few different times and I’ve appreciated his communication and professionalism in working through issues. He continually shows the customer that they have value and he demonstrates this through the work performed. I would recommend Hosey each time we have any plumbing needs.

They sent a superstar jetter/drain(Adam,Andrew? Sorry but I appreciate you) guy to my disabled mom’s house and the drain was kinda plugged but they efficiently and effectively got it open and didn’t even have to go inside. Had a leaking pressure regulator valve. Sam Byrd explained the repair and costs clearly then made the repair as quickly and professionally as possible. I highly recommend Howald Plumbing and Mr. Byrd.
