Best Plumbing Problem in Indianapolis IN

Hope Plumbing is awesome! They’ve done excellent work on our house multiple times for different projects (water heater maintenance, fixing our toilet, and installing a water filtration system), and are always prompt, communicate well with updates on ETA, give up-front quotes with multiple options at different price points and no sales pressure, and the staff in the office as well as the technicians are super friendly and professional. Everyone we’ve worked with has been great, particularly Jonathan. Very happy customers that will call every time we need help with anything water-related!

LD Smith did an excellent job with replacing my main water line. After skyrocketing bills from my utility company, they came out and quickly identified the issue. They had a team out within the next few days to replace my pipe. Everyone was extremely courteous and followed proper COVID protocols. Job was done efficiently. They were done if half the time they had originally estimated. All of the areas they worked in were completely cleaned up before they left. They sent pictures of the whole project and ensured my rate was a flat rate to avoid any overages. I can’t say enough great things about this experience. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and referring others as well.

Jeff Kew has GOT to be mistaken! Weilhammer Plumbing was nothing but great on the phone to me. He took time and really went into everything about my problem. Sometimes when people don't like the answer they get, they consider it rude. I can't imagine! I was treated with respect and got all my questions answered!

My wife worked with Phil on a sump pump, plumbing discharge, problem. Phil was prompt, patient, professional and thorough in his explanation of the problem, what he was going to do and why. Unfortunately, he ran into blockage that could not be cleared, in spite of his determined efforts. He called Terry, a colleague at Roto Rooter, to run a camera in the line. The camera was able to determine the exact point of the blockage. Knowing this was an area the local cable company had been working in recently, we contacted them and are waiting on their response/assessment. Until then, the drain line has been temporarily rerouted. When we move to the next step,, we've asked Phil to remain our main contact. Both he and Terry have been great.

Great follow thru and professionalism. We had a critical plumbing issue and I felt that the technicians were sensitive to our dilemma.

Had them run waterlines for a bathroom that we are finishing and waterlines for a bar sink we are installing. Great work and great guys!

Great staff all around! They went out of their way to be helpful with scheduling. The technicians were able to fix my gas pipe connection to my service box the same day. Best plumbing company ever!

We’ve been customers of Godby for years. We purchased our hvac system, total house humidifier, water heaters, and outdoor water faucet. We’ve been “Team Godby “ members for years as well. Service used to be great, but not anymore. I made an 8:00 appointment weeks ago. At 8:40 I called and found out they had a tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. I cancelled that appointment and made another 8:00 appointment. This time I called at 8:15 to find out if he was still coming. I was told again that they had another tech meeting and he would be on his way soon. At 8:30 he called and told me he would be there in 15 to 25 minuets. Sure enough, at 8:45 he shows up. Why do you make 8:00 appointments when you know you won’t keep them?Chapman Hvac is right down the street from us and next time maybe I should call them.

We had a broken water heater and service plus was out later that day and I had a new one the next day. Fast and very professional.

Floyd has been incredibly helpful in repairing my sump pump and talking me through maintenance tips. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. Very much appreciate him!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

We use Gurney Bush for projects around our apartment community and get the best service with great pricing. All the staff are courteous and very helpful. Great company to work with.

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

They help me find a part I needed that the price I wanted to pay

He was great! Quick and got the job done and all for a great price.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks.
