Fantastic service! They got a new clothes dryer and very heavy washing machine up a long flight of stairs and installed them both quickly. They were very polite and professional. They disposed of all the packing materials and even vacuumed up the bits of styrofoam when they were done. This was also a short notice job and they showed up right on time. They get my highest recommendation and they'll be the only call we will make the next time we need a plumber!!! THANKS GUYS!

The team at 1-800 Plumber were the best of several companies I talked to from the person who answered the phone to the guys who made the quote, and did the removal of my old hot water heater and the installation of the new one. I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

I thought I had a water heater problem but due to the thorough inspection by Keith the actual problem was something else. So grateful for their honesty.I use Summer's for almost everything I need done on my 3 properties.I highly recommend them.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.

I interviewed a slew of plumbers before I found this company and I am so pleased! We had a huge job, removing the stack from the second floor to the basement, running new water lines, and roughing in new lines for an expanded bathroom. Plumb On was EXCELLENT on every level!

Lack of communication.

My repair guy was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. He was funny and personable. Exactly the kind of person you want coming to fix stuff when it's painful to pay out money. He gave me good information to keep up monthly maintenance. I give him a 10.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

I normally don't did reviews but the service I received was one of the best services I have seen in awhile. Though my plumbing situation had raised and not knowing what to do or who to call ,I stumbled across armor air service great,professional and during a pandemic. Jesse arrived quickly after I called to replace my leaking water heater tank. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. and was very knowledgeable. He even had tips on prolonging the life of the tank. It ended up being an intense project, much longer than anticipated, but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great service!
