Our tech Josh S. was courteous, competent, and personable. He arrived as expected and performed the job quickly and skillfully.Very happy to have Josh as our go to tech, seemed to be a trustworthy guy.There was actually a minor mistake with some of the work that was performed, however, Hope Plumbing did not charge for correcting the issue, and Josh came by and rectified it--no problem.Hope Plumbing is definitely not the cheapest plumbing contracting company.However, they offer sophisticated customer support. They have a call center which tracks the status of each plumber and informs you when the plumber is on their way. An image of the plumber is sent to you so you know exactly who to expect. Their quote and billing process is also quick and painless. The call center also keeps track of who called you and when, so no matter which representative answers the phone they should be able to provide you with more information.You definitely pay a premium for their service. But for the average person who only deals with a plumber periodically, and just wants to have some peace of mind that the job will be done correctly, that the person doing it is trustworthy, and that customer support will be there for them if they need it, then the extra cost is worth it.

Faucet was installed in February and since then the handle has come off twice. Each time I have called and they came out the next day to fix. However, I would prefer if the product didn't break so easy.

Absolutely pleased with installation and with Brad and Nick (I believe that is his name). They were extremely attentive and left the garage much cleaner and neater than they found it. Fantastic work.

I recently had a gas dryer installed at my mom’s house. Unfortunately, we smelled gas after the installation while we were moving my mom’s things into her new house. I chose to call Mr. Plumber because I noticed a lot of positive reviews from my neighbors online. I’m glad that I did. I had a brand new heating and air system installed by Godby in October of this year. My old a/c unit finally quit (from 1983) and my furnace was dated from 1993 and I didn't think it was worth salvaging. I took bids from 3 local companies and chose Godby for pricing and the quality Trane system (nothing stops a Trane). The experience was good all around from my sales professional (Duwayne), to office staff and installation technicians. My a/c unit is situated on the flat roof of my home and they had to use a crane to remove the old unit and install the new one. Everything went well and I'm sleeping well knowing that I have a new, reliable system keeping my home at the proper temperature. I am happy to recommend the professionals at Godby for HVAC service and installation.
