I needed same day water heater replacement and Hope was out within an hour of my initial call. Matt was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. His quote was competitive and the work top notch. I’d call these guys again for sure.

I called to get my shower fixed a week ago. I set up an appointment that they showed up 3 hours later for. He told me he would be there the next day to fix it in the morning and still he hasn't showed up. I will be going to a different company to fix my issue.

Tim from Plumb Doctor showed up promptly and on time. When he found an additional issue with my water heater, he communicated well, telling me the pros and cons of making or not making the repair. He did a good job and was courteous and professional. All in all, I was impressed with his work!

Danny came exactly when he said he would, was so pleasant, walked me through all the needed repairs, made suggestions for other repairs, and then made sure I understood everything he installed after the fact. His work even came in over the quote the estimate he gave me and he only charged me the quote price. Lastly when I was concerned about water damage to my floors he called a contact to come out and take a look at them for me. For someone who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing and was panicked about the repair, this was such a smooth experience.

$200 to clean drain in basement. Very much worth the expense. Spent half that on alternative drain cleaner liquids and sewer snake. Owner was helpful with the call, quick service after the call, the man who came to my house was helpful and quickly took care of the issue.
