Hope Plumbing is the only company I will ever use for my plumbing needs. Our home was built in 1925. What may seem to the home owner as an easy fix is usually always a surprise, and Hope Plumbing catches it immediately. Jeremy is our guy!! Ricky is fantastic, as well!! The two of them just finished a very tedious job involving moving pipes, assessing unforeseen obstacles, and using out of the box knowledge to solve whatever issues are at hand. When Jeremy came out the first time we called Hope Plumbing, we knew that he would be our only go-to guy for future services. Jeremy and Ricky are professional, knowledgable, and always take the time to answer any questions I may have (which usually are a lot). Most importantly, Hope Plumbing is honest, and I never feel taken advantage of. I couldn't be happier with the work they do.

Dan was awesome! He arrived when he said he was. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issues I was having. He had everything taken care of the same day including having all the parts he needed delivered. Side note I think my basement is cleaner now than when he started. I am glad I chose Benjamin franklin and they sent Dan to my house.

Few hiccups with timing and scheduling but if you’re the type of person to complain about this you don’t know how field work goes. All that matters is they called to let me know things went south and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The plumbers that performed the service were professional, courteous, and hard working. In eight hours they ran new lines and drain for a washer and repiped two baths, kitchen, three spigots, and the water heater. It’s an older home with a lot of “rigging,” they fought each obstacle and won, no cut corners or sorry aboutcha’s.

Greenwood owned and operated, the owner stopped in on his way home to see how it was going, had stories of doing work for my grandfather.

Can’t comment on the price because I’m unfamiliar but seemed reasonable for the work performed at $3600.

Recommended for anyone in the area.

I woke to a leaking toilet and the valve to shut it off broke as soon as I tried to shut it off and on top of that I could not locate my mail hut off valve. Called and told them my situation and was assured they would send someone as quickly as they could. Alex Arrived quickly since it was an emergency i didnt have an appointment. They dispatched someone as soon as they could. I appreciated that. I received a photo via text of Alex so i knew who to expect. He was quick and professional and told me dont worry. It was done fast and the price was half of what I was expecting to pay. I figured since it was an emergency they were going to charge a fee just to come out like the first people I called who said it would be $89 just to come out. Very professional. Honest.

I called to get my shower fixed a week ago. I set up an appointment that they showed up 3 hours later for. He told me he would be there the next day to fix it in the morning and still he hasn't showed up. I will be going to a different company to fix my issue.

We had a plumbing emergency recently on a Saturday. I got online to find a plumber who was open, and happened to call Mr. Rooter. I am so glad I did! I spoke with Taylor, who after hearing what the problem was, moved us up to the front of the line and sent someone out to help us. We needed a sewage ejector pump, and had to wait til Sunday morning for it. But Mike came out and made sure we would be ok til then. I can’t remember the name of the tech on Sunday, but he did a great job as well, and cleaned up everything.
What was a crisis situation ended up to not be so bad. We were pleased with the service and repair we got from everyone we dealt with at Mr. Rooter. I strongly feel that if I’d called anyone else, I wouldn’t have the same glowing review to write. These guys are fantastic! I hope we don’t have any plumbing issues or emergencies in the foreseeable future, but these guys have our business, for sure.

He was so nice and made sure everything was completely taken care of before he left. I will be using the guy who came today every single time.

Even though we unfortunately had to replace our water heater, Jason, Tim and Todd all took great care of us. Jason tried everything he could to get the original to work and made sure to get us the best price he could. Tim and Todd were super friendly, quiet and quick when they were here replacing it. They even loved on the dog and played for a few minutes with her ha. Thanks guys!!!

Guys did a great job fixing my septic

Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services. We were exceptionally happy, and will continue to request him with any future plumbing needs.

Eric came out to check AC. Estimate ended up roughly $4k- so there was a lot to discuss. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was the most courteous, professional, patient tech I’ve ever met. Clearly experienced, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood every detail. He broke things down simply which is appreciated when it’s easy to be overwhelmed with costs, etc. Guy was so helpful I almost wanted to ask him if he wanted to stay for dinner! Thank you Eric- you’ll be our first call on all future services.

Really excellent service from the time I made the initial call for help through the service inspection. Erin arranged an appointment for the time that fit into my schedule. The service men carefully explained what they found, showed me the problem and assured me it can be repaired quickly. I am waiting for the estimate but, if they continue the way they have started then, it's Gotta Be Godby going forward.
