Excellent service. Just purchased a home and Hope Plumbing caught items the inspector didn't! Service was fast, thorough and our tech David H. was extremely helpful in explaining about the new home's plumbing, how the new water softener works and how to maintain it. Highly recommend calling them!

Had myself a long, strange poop last night. The aftermath caused a brown muddy river through my whole bathroom leaving a touch of brown. I'm so grateful that these guys were able to fix me up and roll away the poo.

Few hiccups with timing and scheduling but if you’re the type of person to complain about this you don’t know how field work goes. All that matters is they called to let me know things went south and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The plumbers that performed the service were professional, courteous, and hard working. In eight hours they ran new lines and drain for a washer and repiped two baths, kitchen, three spigots, and the water heater. It’s an older home with a lot of “rigging,” they fought each obstacle and won, no cut corners or sorry aboutcha’s.

Greenwood owned and operated, the owner stopped in on his way home to see how it was going, had stories of doing work for my grandfather.

Can’t comment on the price because I’m unfamiliar but seemed reasonable for the work performed at $3600.

Recommended for anyone in the area.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! I had an emergency where one of my pipes had developed a hole and water was spewing everywhere. I called and let them know it was an emergency. Within about 20 minutes they were there! (Bridget heard the panic in my voice and got me someone out quick!) I have used this company for years and they are excellent. Great work, reasonable pricing, and friendly, professional staff.

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

Jeff Ham, plumber, was efficient and professional throughout the service call. Even the situation was not an emergency for me, he treated it as of it was. He even cleaned the mess that the original water heater left after it failed. I would highly recommend him and this business.

The technician did an excellent job of servicing our HVAC system. He was thorough, considerate and explained what he has done very well.
