Best Plumbers Repair in Indianapolis IN

Last year I had Leon and Richard out to install a water softener. I couldn't be any happier with the decision. They were very responsive when I noticed an issue within the first week. A valve was left on the off position that stopped the flow of water to my refrigerator, which became obvious as the ice maker wasn't replenishing the bucket. They were able to guide me over the phone which valve needed turned and it was good to go. I was glad it happened because I picked up a thing or two about the piping and what valves did what, in case I ever run into an issue.

Though my repair was far more that what I wanted, I couldn’t be happier with the gentleman that was sent out to give me an estimate. Unfortunately, I need extensive work and a repair could not be made. Even so, Jeff was kind and gentle with the delivery of the news. He was very thorough with his findings. I appreciate his quick response to my emergent situation.

Dustin of Plumb Doctor was on time and was very professional in the installation of our gas pipe and fixing our faucets. When he left the entire place was cleaned up and everything in working order. I will use them again! 5 + stars!

Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

The technician (Aaron) was professional, friendly, explained the service needed, and resolved the problem effectively and efficiently. My repair guy was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job. He was funny and personable. Exactly the kind of person you want coming to fix stuff when it's painful to pay out money. He gave me good information to keep up monthly maintenance. I give him a 10.

Three different plumbers/companies before Leon just put a bandaid on the problem but Leon actually solved it for us! He’s efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and all-over great to work with! We will definitely use Top Dog Plumbing again if we need to!

My husband was using them and they gave us a quote. My husband later found out they one of the guys had an attitude and was talking bad about my husband to our renter and then called my husband and talked bad about the renter to my husband. So we called had a few more quotes and both the quotes said what we were told and quoted by Chapmans was not true. TWO other companies had the same diagnosis that didn’t match Chapman’s. Not to mention WAY over priced!!! Our tenants now have a cold house in the 90 degree weather and we didn’t have to spend 2 grand more than what we were told!!

Doug Reams was really knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He walked me through our whole system and explained how it worked. I am very impressed with the Doug and that reflects well on the company.

Alex and his helper did a great job repairing a slab leak for us with minimal disruption. They prepared the area, completed the repair and after cleanup you had no idea a slab repair had just been done.

Seth was able to articulate the different options I had when my water heater broke. He was extremely thorough and educated us about our water pressure and hardness, which we appreciated. At the end of the day he gave us a fair price on a new water heater and softener with a pressure regulating valve and installed the water heater 30 minutes after we signed, incredible service and great communication skills!

This is the third time I have used David and Aqueduct Plumbing to repair or refit plumbing in my 30 year old home. He is timely and gets back to you right away to see if it is an emergency. His prices are fantastic and work is immaculate and high quality. David always explains what needs to be done, the best way to do it, and asks if you have any questions.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.
