When I booked the appointment they told me it would be $93 or free for the first 100 feet to open the sewer line. He gets there and determines it probably doesn’t need run but he can for an additional $325 plus a $97 trip charge. I asked him about the price advertised online he told me that was not correct. Them charged me $97 to show up and do nothing.

Chapman came out promptly (within 8 hours of me calling) and fixed my AC at an extremely reasonable rate. My family has used them for years and as a new homeowner was nervous about the costs of a repair. However, Chapman was fairly priced and honest about what needed to be done.

We had had another local HVAC company come out to install a smart thermostat. Afterwards the unit didn't work and they told us we needed to replace our furnace and heat pump. They had been serviced a few months prior with no issue, so we sought out a second opinion and repair from Chapman. Earl was the technician who came out. He was able to locate that the problem was with the low voltage wiring. After correcting that, everyone worked as it should. Kudos to Chapman and their team for their responsiveness as well as being honest and affordable.

This group of people are fantastic. Every single time they are professional and just plain friendly. They explain what they're doing before they do it and provide an estimate all on their tablets before they begin the work. It's hard to find a good plumber. It's amazing when you can find one that's friendly and and informative too.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.
