Edward was thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He made sure everything was up to par in my home and that all my questions were answered.

This was my first experience with 3 Kings Plumbing. They were very prompt and took care of the clogged drain in my shower. Everyone was very nice and professional, and their rate was very reasonable. i would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Was able to get to job quickly and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Otherwise review would be a 1 star. However failed to inform it was 229 an hour until the they arrived and started acessing. I assume that was the 2 man charge when this should have and could have been a one man job. Was also a 329 dollar flush which only took 30 min so was more than their hourly charge for something very simple. Combined 3 hour repair was 797 dollars and only a 10 dollar part at most. That is half the cost of just buying a new water heater. I do feel the prices were outrageous. I'm not sure why I was charged 329 dollars for the flush unless that is all they were doing then I understand trip fee gets included otherwise it should have been standard hourly rate at 229.00 which still is high. Lesson learned.

Larry came through first with the diagnostic appointment. Solid gentleman and personable. Good energy and professional.

Jacob installed the shower head and the piece for my water heater. He was able to complete the installation even though my water heater was nearly as old as he was lol. Larry happened to be in the area and picked up a part I needed for installation due to an unforseen pivot in the appointment.

I called Ciriello on Wednesday to replace a leaking garbage disposal and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Mike J. was prompt, kind and informative. He installed our new disposal in a little over an hour. I will definitely call Ciriello for future plumbing needs.

The technician Dominic was awesome. Took time to listen to my issues, answered my numerous questions without attitude or rushing me. Cleaned area after job completed. The company kept jn contact with until the technician arrived. Great job, great company.

If you need a plumber call this guy. Mark really helped me out in a pinch and fixed my problem within a couple hours of my call. His pricing was fantastic, clean cut nice guy, very knowledgeable. He was very helpful over the phone, way more than the other 5 plumbers I talked to. He went above and beyond with the little things in addition to the actual repair we requested, can't say enough positive things about this company I will definitely use the next time we have a problem.

Aaron was fantastic in getting our drain cleaned out. He was very friendly towards my children and pets.

Not to mention, Sarah in the office was such a huge help. They were booked a few days out, but when another job finished up sooner than planned, they called me back to schedule a same day visit.

Dustin was incredible! We had 6 visits from another plumbing company (over the course of 3 weeks) who couldn't identify the issue completely. Dustin fixed our clog and then diagnosed and fixed our broken sewer line within a matter of days for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. He's such an honest, personable, and kind man to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

acme me plumbing came to my home on dat May 12 2018 first of all they charge 79.00 just to come out and over 500.00 just to clean the main Drain. I had Mr Quik here May 14th the charge was 99.00 so i would never recommend Acme plumbing to any one.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. I would recommend Doug and Steg to anyone in a heart beat time and time again!

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services. Called about having a quote done for a water heater that went out they were very responsive and eager to help resolve my issues. Had a quote within 24 hours and must say was a very respectful one at that.

FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...
