Got to our house much earlier than expected and was extremely professional and friendly. Listened while I explained the situation and gave specific information as to what he was doing/why. Gave tips for future preventative maintenance. Overall great experience.

Michael did a great job explaining what he was doing and why in getting our outdoor faucets to city water. He was very informative and walked us through the steps he was going to take.

Brian was great! Very professional and friendly. He carefully explained what he was doing and made sure I knew what it would cost before he started. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even installing some bracing to make sure the problem would not return. That proves to me Benjamin Franklin is more concerned about doing the job right instead of fast. They will always be my first and only call when I need a plumber.

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Just had a service call from Weilhammer Plumbing. These gentlemen are the real deal! They came out and fixed, for free, a piece of water-heater work that was (mis)handled by a different plumbing company. They also provided some very helpful advice about some other minor issues around the house and were extremely pleasant and down-to-earth folks to speak with. They saved me a ton of worry because they revealed an untruthful statement about my water pressure that was made by a competitor, to be false. They were too much gentlemen to say the competitor was untruthful, but it was quite obvious that it was the case. Instead of the high-cost, high-pressure tactics I got from from their competitor, Weilhammer gave me a very reasonable estimate of work that needed to be done, but did not try to convince me that the world would end if I didn't sign up to have it done today.

If they chose to, they probably could have easily taken advantage of me -- I am not wise in the ways of plumbing and was pretty upset about what I was (falsely) told about my water pressure from the other company. But instead they were honest with me and helped, for free, to undo someone else's mistake! Their estimate was very reasonable, and overall I could not be more impressed, and I will be looking to them for all my future plumbing needs. I would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same.

Edit: I just called Weilhammer again today for an in-wall leak -- it was a nasty one but they jumped right in, on a weekend, and got it fixed! They gave lots of good advice about how to deal with the drywall, avoid mold, etc. The cost was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Sunday with the Colts about to play! :) Bottom line, everything I said above still stands -- they are awesome and they'll treat you right.

My gasline needed to be replaced. Aaron got the job done. He was friendly and professional. As was the phone staff. The cost of the repair was fair.

The customer service department and technicians were very helpful. I had an emergency issue and from the time I placed the call, a technician was out within the hour. They are great to work with overall and very prompt!

We chose Steg plumbing since other contractors in our area refused to install items we had already purchased. It appeared as if the other contractors needed to get their markup on products they supplied as well as the labor necessary to install these items. With the purchase of our appliance at a national big box store and the quote from Steg plumbing the job would cost us just under $900. Comparing this to a quote from a well-known, heavily advertised local plumber we were saving $1400 on our job. We went into this with a little anxiety hearing horror stories about you never select the lowest bid but that is far from what we experienced. The same person that came out to bid the job was the same person who came to install our job and that is a huge plus. Not only are you relieved of the need to explain everything again you are also assured that what was quoted is what is being done. They arrived within minutes of their scheduled time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up not only after themselves but also after me when I had setup my hose to drain the lines before they arrived. I would recommend Steg plumbing and also plan to use them in the near future when I finish my basement.

Water heater check. Was advised it is time to replace it. I knew it by the rust but wanted a pro to tell me. He was a polite and very knowledgeable young man.

Today Colin came to our home for a check up on our HVAC. Not only did he find a problem but he helped us find a solution. He spent time making sure we understood the problem at hand, what solutions we had, and steps moving forward. He had great communication and understanding of our situation. 5 starts for Colin even if our HVAC didn’t have good news for us.

We had some basement plumbing replaced by Cory. He did awesome work and was very knowledgeable. He also provided some great tips for maintenance moving forward. We really appreciated his hard work and would be happy to hire him again in the future!

They came a day early, fixed it quickly right on the spot and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Scott was courteous and professional... I highly recommend Big Frog!!!

I believe the man who done the work did it well and knew what he was doing! He was friendly! My only concern was the cost it was more then I expected!
And because the didn't may it yesterday I had some damage!
