Best Main Sewer Line Drain Cleaning ?????? in Indianapolis IN

I called Hope Plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix a water leak at my business. I was expecting to pay emergency/ weekend rates but was assured that would not be the case. Within a few hours the leak was fixed and my business was back up and running. I was really impressed with Caleb Gluff ,the plumber on duty for the day. He was courteous and professional. He understood the urgency of the situation and promised that my coffee shop doors would be open by 2:00 and he delivered on his promise.

This company came out to unclog a drain. After them coming out twice because it still wasn’t working we had to call another company who said that it was the trap that was full. The service manager is saying there’s no way that was the problem yet our washer works perfectly fine now. I even had the documentation to prove it, they didn’t offer anything of a refund just said it wasn’t possible but a SEARS PLUMBER fixed our washer. I do not recommend.

A Good Thing Keeps Getting BetterWe experienced a drain problem in our kitchen sink on a Friday night (ugh), but BF Plumbing came to the rescue. By Saturday morning Juan V was at our house, and promptly took care of the situation.As it turned out, this was not a drain clearing that we could have done ourselves, since we don't own the right equipment. So we're doubly glad we called. Juan was friendly, personable, equipped, and prepared to take care of our service issue.How many plumbing contractors can you call on a Friday evening at closing, and get service the next morning without having to wait through the weekend? Maybe in some cases a household can wait, but when it comes to your kitchen sink, and being able to use it or absolutely not (plus the dishwasher, etc.) it matters!Once again, Ben Franklin Plumbing makes us glad we use this company!On another occasion we had this experience:Toby is personable, professional, and informative. He and his colleague Jeremiah completed the repair we needed done today, and on a whole house inspection at our request, found a maintenance issue that they will address on their next service call. Our 30-year-old home is new to us, and we can't be completely sure which services have been done over the years. Better to take care of things before they're a problem. This company is so reliable and they do quality, comprehensive, guaranteed work. We highly recommend them.Update on maintenance issue: Brian came out today to take care of this, and did a great job. He let us know what was involved and kept us informed of his progress. He's very personable and professional, as are all BF Plumbing employees. We're reassured that everything has been well taken care of.

We had them out to perform mainenance and descale our tankless water heater. They performed the work efficiently. Now we feel confident our hard water hasn't created any problems and our water heater is good for another year!

Our open-loop geothermal drain line became blocked with rust build-up. I called Roto-Rooter of Indianapolis at 2:20 pm on a Friday. They had a technician here by 3:15 pm. He cabled the 130 ft. drain line for about 90 minutes, working from both ends of it (some from the basement side and some from the outdoor end). He was able to break the rust blockage loose and get water flowing again. He did a nice job minimizing the mess and cleaned up after he was done. This is the second time I have used them in the last ten years for this problem and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Steg Plumbing should be your plumber, your mom's plumber & your builder's plumber!! My experience with their timeliness and professionalism inside my home was refreshing. Our water heater went out on the weekend and we had same day service!! SAME DAY. It is rare to have a company respond and complete everything as promised. I couldn't say enough about my experience!!

I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Which is important to a single Mom on a tight budget. I will definitely be calling them again for any issues.
