This low flow toilet I have didn't seem to want to flush completely half of the time. They took care of that situation. I've been getting a much more satisfactory flush ever since! I highly recommend ACME for timely, quality work. Great experience.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. Well I didn't qualify for the free service (snake/drain cleaning), but Tim still took the time to explain in detail that I need an outside drain cleanup line! Beware - can't event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

Mr Rooter wanted to charge me 450-750$ to unclog my clean out drain and when I said that was ridiculous, they wanted to charge me 60 dollars to try to rob me, so they left my house without getting a penny! And Mr Plumber came out and worked with me on pricing and the maintenance guy Chuck did an amazing job; stayed till the problem got solved, kept me informed on what was going on and I'm just overly impressed and so very appreciative! They did the job that Mr Rooter wanted 450-750 to do, for 93$! I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family! They were good honest people that didn't try to rip me off and actually worked with me!

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us. We trust this company and frankly can’t imagine using anyone else.

Over priced and I question the need for the excessive amount of work to solve my issue.
