Hope Plumbing was recommended by my Redfin real estate agent. The response was quick for providing quote options and also for scheduling the installation of a sump pump in an existing basement pit and drain pipe system. In just 2 and a half days, including chopping space for the pipe through a large tree root, the system was installed. The only concern is that it does not include a “freeze guard” component for the pipe in cold temperatures.

We received excellent service which included timeliness, courtesy, professional demeanor and hard work from Robert. Pristine did an awesome job of supporting their tech in the field. If we need service in the future we will call Pristine first.

The technician took the time to do a very thorough analysis of my unit's performance and also did a great job of cleaning up the unit at the end. He also cleaned more accumulated dust out of my furnace that previous furnace cleanings by other companies had missed. He provided an honest assessment of my 30-year-old unit's performance and provided me with several options for replacing the unit, in alignment with my stated desire to upgrade to a heat pump system in the near future. I felt I got great value for the price of my annual service agreement.
