We called Benjamin Franklin after discovering a leak in the basement, which kept spreading. They came the same evening despite their busy schedule and we ended up replacing our 10 year old water heater with a new one. Jeff H from BJ was very helpful and guided us through selecting the right water heater for our home. He was very upfront with some cost difference in ordering from website vs from BJ. However , taking time and warranty into considering we went with BJ and are very glad we did.The installation was done the very next morning. Chris and other installers were friendly, helpful, thorough and very professional! They checked all the taps in the house to ensure everything was running smoothly . We discovered a couple of minor issues with our kitchen water tap and they fixed that right away too. Will definitely use them again recommend the company!

We had a leak from our faucet and they were able to quickly install a new one. They had a day-of cancellation and were able to get us taken care of a week earlier than planned. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Again, Mario did a great job doing preventative maintenance on my AC. My NEST lost its mind afterward and he circled back to reset it for me!Mario went the extra mile (literally) to get my AC fixed during this heat wave! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He drove to a number of supply shops to find the right capacitor for my compressor. Now everything works just fine!Robert was fast, friendly and flexible. He inspected my furnace, AC and cleaned my AC with no help from me while I was in a zoom meeting for work. Great job!

Update... had to use them 2 more times and they have always been prompt, professional and done excellent work!!Drew and Chaise were prompt and very professional. Answered all of my questions and made some recommendations for my plumbing and sewer needs. The price was fair and the service was great. Waiting for quotes for additional work but will definitely consider Fowler Plumbing for future work! Definitely recommend them.
