So happy with our recent experience with Hope Plumbing. Ryan McCormack provided us with all star treatment. Everything was thoroughly explained and he gave us helpful pointers on how to better maintain our plumbing ourselves. He was incredibly kind and thorough and even answered some of my questions by texting me back after hours. Bonus points for learning the names of our three cats. We will definitely request Ryan in the future. I also appreciate how easily accessible the home office is - my phone calls are always promptly answered and if I leave a voicemail after hours, I am always called back the next day.

Mitch did a great job finding and repairing my slow dripping water leaks quickly and with high quality.I had him come back to replace and re-route some gas lines. He nailed it!Dan did a great job replacing all my old iron pipe with Pex, and old cast iron with PVC, and replacing my 15 year old water heater. I had him come back to replace the yoke and valve that was leaking after the city replaced my water meter in my basement. He nailed it!

Service was prompt and service technician, Phil, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He talked me through available options and communicated throughout every step of the repair.

I couldn't recommend Steven and Plumb Doctor more! I had a plumbing emergency that required a cleaning and restoration company's involvement. They recommended a fantastic company, and were able to come right away and work with the restoration crew with timing so they could get in to fix the issue very quickly and get us back living in our house as soon as possible. They walked me through the homeowner's insurance filing process for the repairs, were very professional and thorough, and checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. They even unhooked a troublesome washing machine so the restoration company could demo the area they needed. Everyone I talked to at Plumb Doctor was incredibly helpful, including Steven, Ashlyn, and the other plumber who was assisting. This is definitely the company I will call if I ever have a plumbing need again.

Fantastic service. Our primary sump pump went out very early in the morning. Fortunately the secondary pump was working but wasn't sure with all the rain we were getting that it would hold. I called the emergency line and they had someone contact me within minutes. Dave helpful and gave me great advice and guidance. I would highly recommend ACME to everyone.

In May of 2014, we installed a 2.5 ton Goodman air conditioning unit. The price was $1,600. We began having issues in August of 2017 with the unit. They changed the compressor twice, the inner coils, and added refrigerant a couple times. As they began guessing on the diagnosis of the problem with our unit and replaced our inner coils for $850. This was the last effort by McNeely to figure out why the unit kept failing. Eventually the bill ballooned to approximately $2,000 for a problem that started out with our compressor failing. The unit has now had three different compressors, a new fan, and electrical components. Once we challenged the bill, McNeely put a lean on our house. Once we obtained legal counsel, we agreed to a set payment and to part ways. Anyone in their right mind would have never agreed to spend $2,000 on a unit we purchased for $1,600. We could have simply replaced the unit for that. As of August 2018, we now have our 4th compressor failing. I change the filter every three months and ensure regular maintenance is completed on the unit. Proceed with caution!

There was a blockage in my plumbing. The young man was extremely professional, thorough and polite. He fixed my issue and my kitchen sink is working perfectly. Thank you for restoring order to my home!!

Danny is great, does wonderful work and is very reasonable on price. He completely rebuilt my master shower from scratch in the fall, looks and works better than it originally did. He also installed a water softener that actually works and gives us great water quality, no more smell to the water or dingy white laundry anymore! Out of all the contractors I've had work at the house the past year or so Danny has been the only one who shows up on time and keeps you updated throughout the entire job. Can't say enough great things about his work!

Jacob Bryant just left. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We are just overall thrilled with the entire experience. The young lady on the phone yesterday to the call we got this morning letting us know you were coming to Jacob showing up at the door, all was flawless. We were so impressed we did not hesitate to sign up for their Membership. While on site, Jacob produced 2 quotes for me that I requested regarding additional work on site and It was a very competitive price. We’d be happy to have Jacob come back out to complete this work. Hats off to this young man! He has a very bright future ahead of him.We appreciate you.

Phil came and out and installed a Tankless Water heater and Water softener in our new home. He was professional and informative and made it easy to choose him for our install.
