Adam was fantastic! He did a very thorough inspection of all the plumbing, not just the bathroom pipes, to be sure of what needed to be fixed. He offered several options for the repair. He did a very professional repair and educated us about what he was doing and why. I couldn’t be happier. We’ve used Hope Plumbing for years and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone!

Donny was great. All the plumbers have been very busy due to the weather, but he got here as quickly as he could. Had myself a long, strange poop last night. The aftermath caused a brown muddy river through my whole bathroom leaving a touch of brown. I'm so grateful that these guys were able to fix me up and roll away the poo.

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Thank goodness for Roto-Rooter. After multiple issues with my sump pump they came to the rescue and installed a new one. A way better one. And I got the last one they had in the store (the end of the day on a Friday) because of all of this rain. Bring on a dry crawl space.

I can't say enough about Bob. Our kitchen sink clogged on Friday afternoon, and he came over to snake our drain. After removing the sludge from our pipe, we realized our basement drain was clogged as well. We called him on Saturday morning, and he came over to fix that as well. With no hassle and without breaking the bank, we had a fully functioning house again. I can't say enough about Bob and his assistants. Wonderful people, and wonderful work.

Brandon knows what he is doing. He goes out of his way to make sure the problem is solved. He stayed at our house till 7:00 PM to fix our furnace. I was impressed on his dedication to his job.

Hired this company to install our sewer and water. Every bit of it was done wrong, and against code. Once the city asked them to fix it, they left the job, refused to come back, and didn't fix anything. We had to hire another company to fix it, which cost us thousands of dollars. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
