I am renting a house in Carmel and have been here a year. When I first moved in, the hot water heater did not work and needed a part replaced. Jim came right away and was very friendly and trustworthy; he had to come back to fix it when I was at work. Almost a year to the day, the hot water heater was not working. The emergency number I had for the property was Danny's. He was so wonderful, trying to reach the realty company to get it fixed. Sam was also very friendly and helpful, also trying to reach the realty company. I was without hot water for quite a few days. Jim came out again when I was at work to fix the hot water heater. I cannot thank them all enough. I will definitely use them in the future as I am now buying a house.

Everyone I talked and dealt with was awesome.I called after hours on Friday and they came out to install a new tankless water heater next day. They was very early for appointment, got done in the time table. Taylor was very nice and professional. Tonya was awesome on the phone and Joedy called me back on Friday night way after hours, which I appreciated.I was going to go with another company for the work, but they never showed up...I canceled the work with them. About a year ago, my home had issues with tree roots in our pipes. I had been quoted by another company that our repair would likely run about $13,000 and we would be without water for a week. I wanted to get a second opinion, and am SO GLAD that I called Curt and Jerry's for that opinion. They were so professional, direct, and honest.
I spoke first with a woman, who asked specific questions related to my issue and was up-front about the potential limitations of their service, should my problem be larger than what their company specialized in. She was kind, communicative, and quoted me an accurate timeframe. She explained the way their service differed from others, and explained how they would help resolve me issue.
When the plumbers/technicians/folks arrived, they were quick, professional, and knowledgeable.
My drainage issue was resolved for a Fraction of the cost I had originally been quoted. and so much more expediently than if I had gone with another company.
*I will mention that the folks who came to home weren't particularly 'friendly', but were certainly professional. The only reason I mention that is so that anyone who may use this company wouldn't be put off, or doubt their abilities. It by no means bothered me; being charming doesn't mean one is a more honest or competent tradesperson.*

Sean came out and fixed several minor issues with the system that Peterman‘s installers had done incorrectly or overlooked. It was all under warranty & they didn’t try to charge me. Nice dude, too; very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive service.
