Nathan F did a great job installing our hot water heater after Jake and Josh put in a new water line for us. Very professional. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs. Quick, efficient and explains everything they are doing. Would use for any plumbing needs in the future.

Elijah Wiggins gave me excellent service. He was very professional giving me a courtesy call before arriving.He pulled his shoe covers on and off as needed treating my home like it was his own.I really appreciated his honesty and the way he analyzed my issues and explained everything he was doing and why!❤ I am so happy and blessed to have Carter's as my plumber !!!!

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

Josh was on time, friendly, and professional. He explained all my pipe and drainage issues. I decided to use the company for all my repairs. Excellent service!! They did a very thorough job on pipe installation. Would recommend them for any HVAC work.

We would give this company 10 stars if we could. Gordon Plumbing of Fishers, Indiana was contracted by our home warranty company in the past month to replace a cracked water pipe which they did quickly and efficiently. They didn’t try and sell us any other products. Every single person we spoke to was pleasant and answered any and all questions we had in a respectful, knowledgeable manner that we could understand. This week they helped us figure out the solution to a separate issue. We have no doubt we would still be sitting here scratching our heads without them. They have the knowledge, expertise and equipment to complete any plumbing job big or small. The supervisor/manager that has helped us with this most recent issue is to be commended for his patience. Truly he is an AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL for Gordon’s Plumbing and understands what good customer service is. Impressive group of people to work with and we highly recommend them!

MARK DID A FANTASTIC JOB!! Highly recommend!!

Last week our main sewer drain backed up. Another company came out and couldn't fix it and got their snake stuck in our lines and refused to remove it unless we allowed them to dig up the pipes. This would have cost upwards of $12,000. After a few days of calling 811 to have all the lines marked and prepared to dig, we came across Mark with Drain Busters. It took him less than 5 minutes to remove the snake the other company got stuck and couldn't get out themselves. Then he ran 25 ft. further than they did with his monster drain buster and cleaned the sewer lines out to the street main. He did this in 30 minutes and the lines aren't even broken like the other company said. He was able to get all the tree roots and gunk out of our lines and everything is running better than it ever has. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MARK!!

We will use him for any plumbing we need done in the future and will surely recommend him to everyone we know.

These people are completely incompetent

If you are need of an honest reliable company- this is the one! Danny came to the rescue when the basement flooded in my home due to 2 faulty sump pumps. Not only did he come after hours, he told me that I needed to get someone ASAP to get the basement dried (and helped me do that). My husband was out of town and I had no clue what to do. I never give reviews but I'm always reading them- so I thought it was time for me to share a good experience that may help someone else. The world needs more companies like this! ❤️

Removed tree roots by snaking my cleanout

As far as the company goes with communication and actually scheduling customers, they are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It took over a month of phone calls back and forth to get them to actually get me on the schedule and come out and repair my slab leak. So I went a month without water all because they wouldn’t put me on the schedule, or they would never call me back and I’d end up waiting days, inevitably calling them back myself. But the only reason I choose to give the company 3 stars is because of their service techs. Mike Z. and Sam C. Completely saved the companies reputation in my opinion. They were phenomenal. Extremely easy to work with, understanding, reliable, and professional. The company needs more men like them and then maybe they would be worth making a phone call to.

The technician came out on Sunday for an emergency service call. He did an excellent job and he didn't leave until the job was completely finished. Top notch! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter! No problems!
