We had LD Smith (no relation) come out to handle a drain-stoppage issue that had been recurring, ever more frequently. They quickly determined what was causing the problem and why it was becoming more/too frequent. We have an old house with very old and deteriorating outdoor connections to what was once a weird system of cisterns and septic tanks but are now connected to sewers. They worked out the best way to take care of things long-term and did it very efficiently. The work ended up being substantial, as we knew it would be. The price, timing, and personnel were all excellent. Of course, with any large (for us) project, there was a hiccup. They handled that with honesty, understanding, and aplomb. We will definitely be calling them first for future plumbing work.

After an extremely negative experience with another company, I contacted my homeowner's insurance to discuss a leak issue. I mentioned I was having problems with professionalism and competency from the other group, and she recommended Roto Rooter. I called them in the beginning of December, and they resolved the problem I had been having since August n three weeks, even though it was the holidays. I have several people out here from Roto Rooter, and every single them, from Mark to Andrew, have been awesome, extremely good at what they do and nice guys to boot. I recommend this company to anyone.

I had Solomon come out to do a gas line for my grill as well as run one up to the oven and he was great! Money isn't everything when considering a home improvement job (and he was literally 50% of the competing quote), but his knowledge and awareness that his reputation is on the line he put forth 100%. I threw curveballs at him and he handled them fluidly. All in all, the jobs turned out great, i'm gassed up, and am trying to get him more jobs around the house/neighborhood. Simply put, when you want things done promptly, and correctly, he's your guy!

Zac was great. Very perfessional. Kept working in the rain. Never complained. Got the job done. I would suggest the guys get some kind of shelter . I felt bead for them. But like I said before. Just a great team . Explained everything to me.

Rudy and his team just finished switching all pipes in my house, installing a new water heater. They were professional, punctual and came prepared with all supplies they needed ( so you don't have to run to store to get something which you need to provide to your contractor). AND the best of all not only the price was unpar with other licensed plumbers but they also did all the work in one day. It felt like he did his homework, planned ahead and completed project without a hitch. Considering my latest experiences with contractors in CA, I would say if you need a plumber Rudy should be in your phone address book. I will definitely will use them again.

Ah, I have to mention one more thing he said he can apply for city permits when you need it and if anyone ever faced this dilemma they will know how much time it takes besides money.

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

After getting two quotes for much more extensive (unneeded) repair, a neighbor recommended Hellyer. They addressed only the issue at hand and replaced the leaking pipe without any major demolition or remodel. The overall price was about 1/4 of what the other companies quoted, not counting what would have been necessary remodeling. We are so grateful we heard about them in time and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Gurney bush has services all the communities I manage. They have always been on time and prompt to get someone to the property. They are always friendly and very efficient.

My basement started to flood because of a backed up drain and within 30 minutes of calling, they were out here clearing it for me. He didn't charge extra weekend fees and he got it cleared fast and calmed my nerves. Seriously haven't had such an honest guy come and fix my house for me.

Juan is the best!!! Finally found a honest and trustworthy plumber, he saved us after other companies were trying to rip us off. He did great work and fixed all of our concerns. I would recommend him to everyone, he is the only person we will use from now on. Thank you Juan!

Danny has been to our residence twice now. He is on time, friendly, and professional at the same time. It’s hard to find that. The first time they replaced the water softener, and the second time they replaced the water heater. The prices have been very reasonable.
