We have used Indy Water Heater and Softener twice now. Once to install a new water heater and then also to come and repair a pipe pressure emergency we had. Both times they were so helpful and quick to fix our issues. The service guys were both professional and kind in answering all the questions we had. Patrick was great as usual , confirmed that we have had unusual issues since our install. That it was very rare to have exterior coil leak in new unit. Still disappointed with lack of response on initial visit ( waited 7 days ) then had to call. Installed new unit 3 years ago and have yet to have AC work properly to start summer.

I was greeted by a plumber by the name of Vala who arrived in less than 45 mins! Vala was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and very efficient! He was done within 15 mins! I’m AMAZED at what I just saw! Snappy services just came out and replaced my toilet. I took my kid to school and left them their by themselves so they could replace the toilet, by the time I came back they’re done. I was only gone for like 10 minutes. Unbelievable. My husband tried to replace but failed horribly. What a disappointment he is. But I think this is a great company. They’re honest, licensed and amazing at what they do. I’m definitely going to keep in contact with them whenever I have plumbing issues!
