Pinnoc and Floyd were fantastic! Talk about amazing people, that’s them! It’s hard to find a company that will treat you well and take the time to listen to your concerns. I had them repair and replace our sump pumps and fix our kitchen sink and they were reasonably priced! Solomon came out for the initial assessment and he floored us with his mannerisms, professionalism and his education on how he was going to fix our issue. I can’t say enough nice things other than I will 100% be staying with them as a loyal customer!

Alan Ice came out and did the most thorough inspection I have ever seen on my system. He walked me through everything, presented different options and left the decision up to meSure I wasn't thrilled with the outcome of the diagnosis, but hey bad news is never fun. Alan and Service plus made me feel comfortable with the process for getting my new system, and their turn around time is amazing! Great company, great staff. Great service!Follow up, had Mark Sanford come out and do some quick checks. Great guy! He was very professional and friendly. Helped me with my issue, and didnt judge me for all the questions I asked.***01/21/2 . Additional follow up, my system was struggling with the cold weather to keep up the heat. I called in and the wonderful people in the office got me a next day appointment. Joshua Pierce came out, and did a very thorough diagnosis, and found the reason why my system was not keeping up. He explained the entire situation, made sure that I wasn't seeing red, and did an amazing job of making me feel like a valued customer. Joshua is a true professional, and highlights the values of his company. He was able to get service scheduled to correct what's going on, his notes were clear and concise, and in my opinion he went above and beyond to take care of me!!***01/22/20. Christopher and Brian came out to fix the system. They were so professional, so friendly! They were very efficient, and very thorough in everything they did. For the amount of work these guys did I honestly didn't hear them much, and they kept everything so clean. They worked hard, and covered off on everything. Great job!!*** just got a new water heater after Roberto came out and did an AC service check, noticed that my water heater was at a critical point, Jared had mentioned this on a prior call. Within 5 minutes of them making phone calls they had a truck on the way with my new water heater. Tom did the install, super quick, very efficient, covered off an everything with me. Once again great company, stellar staff!Service plus has been a 5 star experience, I highly recommend them to everyone!

Gurney Bush is one of the best plumbing companies. We use them at my job commercially but I had never used them for my personal home issues until yesterday. My home warranty sent them out to do a repair to my home kitchen plumbing issues as Gurney is a preferred vendor of my home warranty company.

The tech, Josh was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. He understood my issue fully immediately & resolve my issue while getting everything approved w/warranty company simultaneously. Talk about a completely smooth experience.

Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.

Quick, honest, and caring! Woke up Monday to a sump pump on the brink of failure, called Danny to see if he would be able to assist. He was able to come out the very next morning and replace my bottom of the line pump with a much better grade pump and check valve.

He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and made certain I understood. He tested the system, showed me how it functioned, and went the extra mile without the extra charge. I will be recommending him to my friends and networking contacts from now on!

Had an appointment for Feb 13th, made weeks in advance. The employee said he couldn't get the above ground lid off. Says he will be back in the morning. I call in the morning amd receptionist says it will be that afternoon amd I will get a call, that's others are in front of me. I get no call and no service. I call this morning and the receptionist says she was not notified. I say why are you doing other appointments when you didn't make mine. She says the appointments were made 2 and 3 weeks ago. Hello so was mine. Definetly not a reliable company besides that other companies are the same price with I'm sure 100 percent better service.
