Great experience from estimate to end of the job. Joe, who came out for the initial estimate worked well with me on understanding my requests, and provided a timely estimate with everything we discussed, and took the time to answer questions when I followed up. He also came out the morning of the install to go everything we had discussed with the installation team.

The install team, Kevin, and Tanner did a great job with the install. Took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions, and cleaned up well when they were done.

Great end to end experience, with everything same as estimate which best the other estimate I had received from another company.

The service I received from Roto-Rooter was great. Everardo explained to me every step of the way what was being done. He also was helpful is informing me of ways I could save money on any other possible repairs! How many servicemen do that! All in all I was very pleased with the service received.

Update: 3/10/22: Welp, I bought a new water heater now too. I'm officially broke! Lol. Anywho, at least this price wasn't as bad as the HVAC unit I got put in. Terry was very helpful, polite, nice and efficient. Here's to hoping installation goes just as smoothly! It's scheduled for next week. Fingers Crossed!Update on 2/7/22: We finally have heat! The tech Colin came back this morning and him and another tech (sorry, couldn't remember name) worked until they figured out what was wrong. They both were really nice and Colin was kind enough to answer my questions & explain what was wrong with the unit. I'm happy to say my new system is finally producing the heat it should! It cost a pretty penny too!Update on 2/4/22: I had to take this review down a star. My full installation has not been complete. On some of the coldest days so far, we don't have full heat. They started on 2/3/22 and they ran into some complications but was supposed to come back out today (2/4/22) to finish but they didn't. Said they will be back Monday due to the parts business only being open M-F.Samuel was very thorough, nice and knowledgeable on everything. I truly appreciated his down to earth demeanor and truthfulness. It made this experience better than I thought it would be. I'm a happy customer.

They are kind of expensive for the service. When I called for a broken water heater, they came and to tell me the water heater is broken and to give an estimate, they charged the insurance company.

I am very pleased with Mr. Plumber. They came on time, communicated well, told me exactly what to expect and how much it would cost and did exactly that. All the technicians were very personable and professional. I really like that they worked in teams. Also Mr. Plumber has been very reasonable priced so far. Which is important to a single Mom on a tight budget. I will definitely be calling them again for any issues.

He arrived on time and did a good job.

Called them on a Sunday night. Quoted me $250 to clear the main line to the street. $240 was the next best price I could find but I would be 5 hours longer. The technician, Dave, arrived early. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up his mess and got out quickly. I didn't like paying that much for service on a Sunday night, but would call them again if I was in the same situation.

I was really glad I called Drain busters. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning my drains. Prices were very reasonable.

Quick, honest, and caring! Woke up Monday to a sump pump on the brink of failure, called Danny to see if he would be able to assist. He was able to come out the very next morning and replace my bottom of the line pump with a much better grade pump and check valve.

He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and made certain I understood. He tested the system, showed me how it functioned, and went the extra mile without the extra charge. I will be recommending him to my friends and networking contacts from now on!

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded. Truly a great plumber and even better of a human.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Peterman was hired to provide Bi-Annual service checks on our HVAC system. On Oct. 11th, Peterman technician Patrick Vance came out to cleaning and service our HVAC. Shortly after his arrival, he noted that the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly. This was done by the previous owners, so I was not aware of any issues... He changed the wiring and informed be that he should be charging me a couple hundred dollars to fix it but decided to help me out instead. Not long after, he came back to me to let me know that the heat exchange was cracked. He showed me a picture that he took with his phone and a scope, I did not witness him take the picture and this picture was not included in the HVAC check notes sent to me by the company. Patrick informed me that the furnace was no longer safe to use and put a sticker on it indicating the dangers... (this furnace was also inspected in the spring after winter was over - no indication of any issues... it has not been used since) In the process of putting the furnace back together Patrick let me know that something happened to the electrical board while he was at my house and it was no longer functioning properly. He called his service manager and they determined that they were not going to be liable for the board stating the age of the unit... they decided to use a relay to bypass the board to get the furnace functioning. Patrick also took the panel off of my air conditioning unit and failed to put it back together... left it in my yard to be discovered a week later (after it rained etc... no idea if any damage was done... good thing my kids weren't out back playing). The very next day Peterman came back out to give me a $23k quote for replacement of the HVAC. Since, I have had 4 - second opinions and no other technician has found a crack. It was also noted that the service and cleaning was not performed by Peterman and the bypass that was done is creating more damage to the unit. Peterman will not respond to my calls. Peterman should be liable for unethical business practices.; Peterman should be responsible for repair/replacement of furnace and AC unit. ; Peterman should refund the cost of my service agreement as the service was not completed though the system check document states that it was.
