Work is complete! Jim is awesome!! He replaced the toilet, sink, vanity, etc. for our bathroom. We are quite sure it was the original to the 1955 home of my parents. He is diligent in the details. It looks beautiful!We had been searching for someone to replace our toilet, vanity, sink, faucet, etc. in our bathroom. We experienced more than one ‘no show’. A friend mentioned HOPE plumbing. I called them and they were at our house in less than an hour for an estimate!!!! From the phone call, text updates, email updates to Jim arriving ~ all interactions were great! They text and email when the technician is on the way. The alerts include a picture and a paragraph about the person. I found this very reassuring for when Jim arrived at our house.Jim was informative and helpful. He will be returning to do the work for us. Note: He could have done it that very day, but we scheduled for a different day for our own benefit. Another review will follow when work is completed.Also, we signed up for there Service Partner Plan at $8 a month. Saved that day on having a sink unclogged and will save 10% on the upcoming work.

Came out the same day and they were great! Won't use anyone other than Pristine from now on.

Michael and Logan installed all new supply and drain lines to my kitchen, installed drains, garbage disposal, and water line to my fridge. They did an awesome job, were professional and friendly, and the price was very reasonable, job was done in one day. I will absolutely use them again!

Ricky came out and diagnosed and fixed my garbage disposal. He did not try and upset me and he got along with my dogs. My dogs knew he was kind and he was. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I'm very pleased with Mr Plumber. My technician came out on Friday and made an assessment and gave me a quote. Because of an emergency he came back on Saturday and did the work which I thought would raise the price being it was Saturday but he kept it at the original quote and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr Plumber.
