I received my estimate from them on 7/29/22 and agreed they would be completing the hookup to city water from well water in our home. Come September the work had still not been started. They dug a hole for my meter pit on September 6th,22. 3 weeks later they come back to finish the job with a completely different scope of work. The crew that came to finish the work broke my sewer line leading from my kitchen to my septic, they repaired it. However now I have issues with my kitchen drain. They left my yard an uneven mess, and informed my that the final grading was up to me after I paid them over $9,000.00. They also left a patch of road that still needs to be repaired 3 months after the work was complete. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with only to just be able to make contact with management today and be told they thought the patch was done. Please do not waste your time or money. Find a plumber who actually cares about their reputation and customer, because they sure don'tUpdate it is now almost 11 months since my city water was connected. The work is still NOT finished and not one member of management will return my calls.

Scheduled my appt on their website using their chat app. Very nice. I was helped online and then told someone would call me to schedule the appt. They did so promptly. My appt was schedule between 10:00am and 12:00. My tech called before he arrived (about 25mins) to let me know he was on the way. He arrived a little before 10:00 which was great. I needed an outdoor water spigot repaired. I also wanted a price on a main shutoff valve (I didn't know if I had one or not). The tech (Todd) showed me how to shut the water off at the street - then he explained what he needed to do to fix the spigot before providing me with a quote. I was a little shocked at the price -but I needed it done. He completed his work under the house - installed a new spigot and when he was done informed me that I did indeed have a main shut off and told me where to find it. That saved me a bunch. His work comes with a 5 yr warranty. It may have been a bit more than I expected - but I may just be naive on plumber pricing. All in all - good experience. Glad I got the job done.

I called asking for a quote and they said they do not send someone out for an estimate for a job if I may have asked another company for a quote. Who else only looks at ONE company and hires them immediately?? Its ridiculous! It sounds like they do not understand how a business works and how its normal to ask about pricing before agreeing to a job!

Hi, I recently had Mr. Rooter out to fix what turned out to be a big leak underneath my laundry room (on a slab). They had to jackhammer through some concrete. Not only did they fix the problem, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by replacing the tile that got destroyed in the process. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget. I would not hesitate to call Hamm & Sons for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing services.

Of course the issue had seemed to resolved itself after I'd called for a plumber, but I had them to snake out the toilet anyway.

Dillon was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Plumb On again when I need a plumber and I will request Dillon to come out.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

We got a call back within the hour and were able to schedule a tech out for later the next morning. Drew was our tech and he was very thorough, professional, and personable. We had a new water heater installed the same day and that went smooth as well. 100% would recommend Mr. Plumber!

The guy they sent me was awesome you should give him a raise. He took care of my back up quick and told me what was causing it. Great company!!!
