Best General Repair in Indianapolis IN

I've been a repeat customer of Hope Plumbing for the past several years. I've hired them to do a significant amount of work over that time frame. I'm also a service member of theirs, which requires an annual fee. However, the utter lack of punctuality or reliability from Hope has me reconsidering. Hope was out last week to repair a leak in my basement, and needed to come back today to simply install an access panel where they had to cut drywall (the drywall was too wet at the time to install the access panel). I scheduled the follow up appointment for yesterday (a week in advance) and Hope confirmed accordingly. I received 3 separate phone calls yesterday from the front desk at Hope confirming I was on the schedule and that there would be a technician out before the end of the day. Low and behold I got another call at 6pm saying they needed to cancel. I rescheduled for this morning and was promised I would be the first customer of the day with a technician arriving between 8-9:30am. I took off work this morning to accommodate this time frame. It's currently 10:30am and I'm still waiting for the technician to show up. I understand that part of the plumbing business is unexpected events and jobs taking longer than anticipated. However, I was promised 5 times over the past 24 hours that technicians would show up in a certain time frame, only for that to never happen (and Hope was the one calling to inform me, I was not the one inquiring). There's no appreciation for the customer's time or accountability for what the front desk is promising in terms of timing. I'm extremely frustrated and will certainly reconsider using Hope in the future because of this.

Miguel Campos is amazing. He was knowledgeable and informative of the repair needs for my water damage. I was impressed by his work ethics. Miguel made sure I understood in detail the cause of the problem and repairs needed to restore my home.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Nick at GP. We had a flooded basement and a failed sump pump. Gordon got us same day service which was great. But Nick was SO KIND when we were having a terrible day. He explained everything and helped us make a good decision for moving forward. We so appreciate this! Would absolutely call GP next time!

They were great! Both technicians were helpful and friendly and professional! They offered to bring in a case of soft drinks sitting on my porch. They brought my empty trash bin up to the garage, as it was trash pick up day here. They asked if they could help with anything else, after they performed maintenance on the HVAC. Excellent customer service! Talked with me about the furnace and air system. Excellent experience!

We were put in contact with Final Touch through our home warranty company. The issue at hand extended beyond our home warranty coverage, so we hired them directly. The issue was fried original wiring in a house built in 1955, and fried heating elements in our water heater. Multiple visits were involved due to the home warranty element of the situation (this was no fault whatsoever of Final Touch's) and due to the fried wiring not being readily apparent at first. Each visit was quick; it's clear Jason really knows what he's doing. And he was really patient with my texting him a lot to set up what was ultimately the final visit to address our lack of hot water. Even that last visit, where he had to cut a hole in the ceiling of our garage to access the fried wiring, was done in under an hour. Jason even patched the hole in drywall before he left. (This was especially appreciated as we currently have a million home improvement projects in the works, and now this will be one fewer thing to worry about!) We finally have hot water again thanks to Final Touch!

Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

We had a plumbing emergency and Jason was the only plumber who gave a quote and agreed to do the repair quickly. He's a great and honest guy, does good work and stands by his work. I highly recommend him.

Zero stars isn’t an option unfortunately. I scheduled an inspection with Robert and he was the one who set the day and time. I coordinated with multiple people’s schedules to make the inspection work only to have him no call - no show. I tried calling Robert to discuss and left a voice mail with no response and no call back from him. Very disappointed.

Phil came out and helped troubleshoot an issue with our septic system. He took the time to explain the issue and helpful tips to prevent it from happening again.
