Al Huff with Hope Plumbing did a great job installing a new under-counter sink, faucet and disposal. Looks great and its finally installed correctly. Very happy with his work and he’s a nice guy too! Definitely would call Hope Plumbing next time there is a plumbing need

I called on Saturday and was told I would have someone between 2 and 6 pm. Nobody showed. By 10 pm I said it was getting too late and told them to wait until the next day. I was given 9 am to 1 pm. I believe it was after that when someone showed up. All I needed was a faucet replaced in the kitchen. Almost $500 for that. To me that's ridiculous. All of it. I lost the whole weekend waiting on someone to show up and it cost me way more than it should have.

Very quick to send someone out (less than 24 hours from my phone call). Isaac did an excellent job inspecting our electric after a power surge/lightning strike. He kept us informed on what he was doing the entire way. I also like the online/digital capabilities of this company. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.

Installed a sink and faucet in my kitchen. They did a great job. Scheduling was easy and quick. When one of the guys had to leave unexpectedly, they sent someone else out to finish the job. Both were great!

Great people to deal with. Not sure why they got any negative reviews, my dealings with them were all positive. Returned my call after leaving a message with them, and they arrived the next business day when they said they would, and charged exactly what they quoted ($220 to pump out my standard 1000 gallon septic tank). Would definitely recommend, and use again.
