Austin was extremely pleasant and worked to explain the issues with my sump pump. He crawled under the house and returned with pictures of the sump pit and explained the function of the old pump. Once back under he discovered a leaky, I believe he called it a discharge pipe, so he brought me more pictures and gave an estimate for replacement. I would definitely use Hope plumbing again! Although I didn’t plan this repair and it comes at a really tight time financially, it was a good experience!I liked the texts to keep me aware of the progress of my service call and when Austin would arrive. Having a picture of the tech sent gave me a sense of comfort as well.

This was a great first experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. We came home to a toilet problem last night and called this morning. They said they would be here between noon and 4. About an hour later they called and said they could be there in 1/2 hour if we were available. We said yes and they showed up soon after. Richard came in and spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem. He came back shortly explaining the issue with both price and time estimates. He had things working and was gone in about 1/2-hour. I was impressed! Richard was very professional and explained everything he did!!

Dustin was incredible! We had 6 visits from another plumbing company (over the course of 3 weeks) who couldn't identify the issue completely. Dustin fixed our clog and then diagnosed and fixed our broken sewer line within a matter of days for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. He's such an honest, personable, and kind man to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

We’ve been using Service Plus often as we signed up for their service plan. For a low price (less that $10 per month) we get annual maintenance checks on our furnaces, air conditioners and water heater. It is a great deal and definitely saves money on yearly maintenance costs and long term costs by keeping the units serviced. I highly recommend signing up for it. They also proactively reach out to schedule the service calls when it is the appropriate time of year.Things that I love about SP: they’ve always been able to make appointments within a day or two. They keep me informed with a mid morning call and lunchtime call updating me on where their tech is on time and also a 30-45 minute warning when he is on his way. All of the techs have been courteous, kind and make sure to thoroughly explain what they’ve done and any service they recommend. They are forthright about pricing and I don’t feel pressured to always go with their recommendations.First service review and earlier update:We were pleasantly surprised with how quickly they had availability (next day when booking online the night before). A receptionist confirmed the appointment in the morning and gave me a call when the tech was on his way. He knew right away what was wrong, gave me the price before performing the fix and got my new thermostat running. He (Justin) explained everything very well and was very polite and considerate. I highly recommend this company!Update: got a call for a free snaking of my main sewer line from my house in the hopes that we would use them for any future repairs. Took them up on it and the tech was there the next morning, cleaned the line and scheduled someone to inspect it via video in a few days. Great service! We have a couple other things we needed work on and they will be here later today. Very impressed with this company and their employees- they’ve earned a loyal customer that will absolutely refer others to them.

Just wanted to supplement my husband’s post below. They are lucky I can’t leave photos on google reviews and that I can’t give a negative 40. But if you would like to see the destruction that they leave behind in your yard please see their Facebook page where we have left many pictures to document their total disregard for our property following their repair. It literally boggles my mind that a company has so little respect for their client that they will destroy your yard, make your garage inaccessible (my SUV is currently still stuck in a pile of mud), and accidentally cut the power line to your garage and literally care less. Their response was (and I wish I was kidding) “not our responsibility”. If that’s the kind of company and customer service you are looking for then this is your company. Again, please see their Facebook page before you hire them so you can see the damage that they could potentially leave behind. Utility Shield will be getting an earful from us as well because I want to ensure they know the quality of company they are hiring to do their repairs.

Brandon was excellent. He was professional, courteous, fast, and patient. I would very much recommend this service.Other services in the area chart $80+ for service calls, and don't necessarily waive the fee if they do the work. Carter's charges <$30 to come out and provide a quote, and does waive the fee if their technician performs the work.

They were GREAT! Very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing step-by-step, and were patient with my lack of knowledge. They clearly explained all charges, and parts. Once the work was completed, you could not tell they were there! Absolutely would recommend any time!

I highly recommend this company as they had fixed a clogged drain in my shower, clogged drain in bathroom sink and reset a toilet . They were very professional and arrived on time. Explained everything to me and never had any hidden fees. I will use P & K Plumbing Solutions from now on out.

I have had several utility lines replaced from gas to the water main and gordon plumbing did a good job although a week ago when they came out to run a new water main I was out of town and I wasnt aware that they were going to be doing the work that day so I had to rush home because someone failed to give me proper notice until the last second when a whole crew of men and machinery was at my house. I appreciate the good work though guys
