We had a horrible smell we thought was coming from our sump pump. He determined that it was actually the back up battery for the sump pump. He flushed the water heater also as a maintenance. Very happy! Thank you for your fast friendly & efficient service!

Had a wonderful experience with this company today. I needed affordable help same day, they were out within a few hours, and worked around my schedule, which I appreciated. Joe gave me a courtesy call and text, and was able to come a bit earlier. He took plenty of time to help find and solve the issue, while engaging and educating me along the way. He went well above and beyond what I've experienced with other local plumbers (we've worked with quite a few over the years) and will now be my go-to for any future issues.

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

Courteous and Honest - Our air stopped working during the hottest week of September. We had a Howald tech out who replaced a fuse which fixed our air, but the fuse blew again overnight.I called and there was a new tech who came out a few hours after I called. James was very detailed in trying to locate the problem causing our fuse to continue to blow. He found some wires in our condensate pump that were improperly connected and this led to the discovery of the root of the problem - the pump was going bad, but because of the wires being hooked up improperly, it was killing the entire a/c unit versus the condensation overflowing in the laundry room.He replaced the pump and in doing so discovered that the hose that drains the pump was kinked which was likely the cause of the pump overworking and burning out.He was very courteous and expresses an apparent passion for his job. I would recommend James (Howald) to any homeowner in need of HVAC work.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!
