I called to get a quote on a tankless water heater and they were quick to respond and showed up earlier than the appointment time. The technician was very professional and helpful and explaining the job that needed to be done.From the quote I had a tankless water heater installed. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly with no issues. We are now up and running with endless hot water!Would definitely recommend.

The unusually cold temps caused my washer line to freeze. They sent out a tech the day after I called & he was able to dislodge some ice from the washer line. I got lucky! I really appreciate how quickly they were able to send someone out. Jacob was great!

Phil from L.D. Smith Plumbing installed a grinder Sump Pump for us. 1.5 year later, when the pump stopped working , they came over on weekend and fix the problem at no charge to me. This company stands behind their work and I recommend them.

FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...

Able to come out same day. Diagnosed problem and, even though it was late in the afternoon, made a trip to get needed parts and finished same day.

So here I am again 2 months later, posting in April of 2017... Shaun and Phillip just spread my circle driveway with gravel and I am very pleased! I wanted to give you guys another 5 stars for a job excellently done but Google isn't allowing me to do that. Nonetheless, everyone should know that you do driveways too!

They were GREAT! Very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing step-by-step, and were patient with my lack of knowledge. They clearly explained all charges, and parts. Once the work was completed, you could not tell they were there! Absolutely would recommend any time!

I highly recommend this company as they had fixed a clogged drain in my shower, clogged drain in bathroom sink and reset a toilet . They were very professional and arrived on time. Explained everything to me and never had any hidden fees. I will use P & K Plumbing Solutions from now on out.

They also have a good sized service area around Indianapolis so you should be able to aquire their services if you live around there. I trust them for all my jobs and will continue using their services.
