In 2017 my basement drain started backing up so I called Hope Plumbing they sent someone right out to snake the main drain and cleared it in a matter of minutes!Well last Friday I had the same problem again I called another company but they couldn't fix the problem, so my son suggested I call Hope Plumbing again.The guy tried snaking the drain again but said something was blocking it and that he'd get another technician to come out and run a camera through the drain. When John arrived he tried to run the camera but said he really couldn't see because there was water in the drain not only that there is a new home that was just built next door to mine and he walked over asked the guys working if he could run the camera down the main drain on the outside of that house. Once he did that he saw that there was also four feet of water in their drain and thought maybe we were sharing the same sewer drain! He took pictures of both drains sent a letter to the gas/water company along with the footage and a phone call!Well turns out John was right! The next day they came out, dug up the yard next door and replaced the pipes, my drain cleared immediately!I really appreciate John going above and beyond to assist me with the problem as I had already called the gas/water company to check the outside pipes and they told me that it was the homeowner's responsibility and they were not liable for the issue!I would just like to thank John so very much as he showed the initiative to stick with me until the issue was taken care of!My son and I even offered to give him an appreciation gift card for his services, but he said he never accepts tips and he's just doing his job!This young man was an angel, very polite, personable, confident, sensitive to the needs of my older home and made me feel more than comfortable!Thanks again John stay safe!

The technician was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was done well, and he explained all he did to fix the problem as well as explaining what we might need to address in the near future. Great communication from the office as to when the tech would arrive, including a photo, so I would know who he was when he knocked on the door. Highly recommend.

Great experience

I had some issues with my sump pump discharge pipe in the back yard. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional. After using a camera to examine the underground pipe, we decided to replace a broken section. The work was high quality and done very quickly. Would definitely call them again.

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. I had a hot water pressure issue with my shower I contacted Acme for help. They first stated that a technician would be out between 1-4pm by 5pm I had heard nothing. I called and the lady stated that someone should of called me to let me know it would be later, she stated that the technician should be there soon. Not until almost 7pm did they finally arrive. This isn't even the main issue. The technician stated that it was my shower fixtures and that he would need to cut a hole in my drywall then replace the valve fixture and install all new fixtures etc and estimated the project at $1,395.00 but could be more if they were other issues. I felt that the technician was giving me a sales pitch instead of fixing my issue so I called another company Williams Plumbing Service he came within the hour of my call and only to find the problem not being with my actual valve stem and fixtures at the shower/tub location but simply a clog at my water heater on the hot side. A simple 5 minute fix and only charged a service fee of $89.00! So beware of Acme, they should be reported to the better business bureau, if this happened to me I can only image all of the other poor customers that this has happened too.

Godby has Lexi she is a professional in customer relations & Tyree knows HVAC units. Both were invaluable to me when I was told by another company I dealt with for 8 years along with rest of my family my unit needs a new heat exchanger - my unit is only 8 yrs old they did the install. Needless to say I will no longer be using them. Godby is my new maintenance HVAC company. I am very pleased.
I will be using them for electrical also.

Casey from Moon Plumbing came over to assess the issue with our water pressure within 24 hours of my first call. We had an old water softener that failed and released resin beads into our pipes. He figured out the problem within five minutes of arriving at our home. We scheduled a date/time for the instillation and repair service. Had them out for regular plumbing maintenance and inspection. It was a free service that comes with my plan, they scheduled it for me, and they do a great job of coming on time and communicating when they'll arrive. Technician was professional and competent. I liked that he didn't try to pressure me into buying more services.

I would highly recommend this company! I called them for a water heater issue that caused water damage to my home. I explained to the receptionist that it was an emergency and that I needed them immediately! There was someone at my door in less than an hour. The technician they sent out was very professional and friendly. He made a very stressful situation better. He was even able to recommend a restoration company to help with the water damage. I plan on changing out all my faucets this spring and I will definitely be calling this company to do it. Also great to know that they do HVAC as well. I will be telling everyone to call this plumbing company!

We would give this company 10 stars if we could. Gordon Plumbing of Fishers, Indiana was contracted by our home warranty company in the past month to replace a cracked water pipe which they did quickly and efficiently. They didn’t try and sell us any other products. Every single person we spoke to was pleasant and answered any and all questions we had in a respectful, knowledgeable manner that we could understand. This week they helped us figure out the solution to a separate issue. We have no doubt we would still be sitting here scratching our heads without them. They have the knowledge, expertise and equipment to complete any plumbing job big or small. The supervisor/manager that has helped us with this most recent issue is to be commended for his patience. Truly he is an AMBASSADOR OF GOOD WILL for Gordon’s Plumbing and understands what good customer service is. Impressive group of people to work with and we highly recommend them!
