I was very impressed with all aspects of Hope Plumbing. Service, pricing, follow up and ease of doing business were all excellent. Jim came to my home and provided a thorough explanation of the work needed and why it was necessary. He was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repairs and would recommend Hope, and Jim, to family and friends.

We live in a 96-year-old house with a clay tile sewer line about 13 feet below ground and 110 feet long. The Saturday after our 2021 family Thanksgiving our line gave out, backup into the house and filled with sand in certain sections. The house was unusable, and we had to move out. I talked with many vendors and settled on Pristine. Ron (Pristine owner) was experienced, knowledgeable, and honest. He took me through the details of the project, estimated time frame, and the issues that would likely surface. The price was reasonable and fair. During the project, Pristine communicated clearly and often letting us know when workers would be on site and when they would not. They also let us know the names of the workers coming each day. Most days, for our project, Pristine sent Mike and Stephen. I want to say a few words about these two hard-working men. Mike and Steve were committed, diligent, and most admirably, took pride in what they were doing. They were experienced, confident, and efficient and worked as if they had done this type of repair a thousand times. This gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed during this disruptive time. I highly recommend Pristine and would hire them again in a heat beat. Thak you for fixing our sewer line!

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Beware - can't event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.
