I am beyond impressed with this company. I came back from vacation to see water leaking everywhere in my yard. I thought it was a main water break. turns out after they diagnosed everything it was a sprinkler line burst. Was supposed to be closed by the company that services my sprinklers and they forgot to turn the valve off. All said and done they didn't charge me a penny even after having about 10 guys over here. Amazing

Mark is not only outstanding on the initial installation but stands behind his work and product. I called Mark a year and a half after an installation when an issue was discovered with a water softener (the property was tenant occupied and the tenant had not reported the problem). Without issue or charge Mark corrected the problem right away. Two years after an installation I asked Mark to check that a system was functioning properly, he did so quickly and again at no cost for the service call, even though there was no problem with the unit. Finding quality, reliable contractors is not easy. I am very happy to have found Mark.

Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. We've used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately we've had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Jeremy, the technician, Ashley and Taylor the office staff have all been wonderful!

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

This the second time I have used them. They are great. Very professional and they give time frame and call 30 min before arriving. They do great work and don't try to tell you need something you don't.I will definitely continue to use this company for plumbing needs.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

They are always on time with their scheduled PM's and are up front with any potential repairs that are needed or can be put off and scheduled for a later time. All repairs are done while being safety compliant when using boom lifts etc. Great all-round service with no smoke & mirrors pricing. Our water heater blew two days before Christmas and Rich was on it within an hour. We decided to upgrade to tankless, and he stayed until midnight working on it. He came back the next morning only because it had gotten too late to drill the exhaust hole in the foundation (due to noise ordinances). Very reasonable price for the amount of time they were here. Would highly recommend.

we tried to use their business but they are very unprofessional we had an appointment and when we were waiting on them they didn't bother knocking on the door or calling to see if we were here. plus they charge for technician hours even though we were waiting on them and nobody bothered saying anything.
