I don’t write reviews often, but I was so impressed with how honest, generous, and kind everyone was. It was a great relief in such a panicked time.

They showed up with 30 min of speaking with them on the phone and after taking a look the plumber said he'd better work up a quote for me. I was on a tight deadline because I had AirBnb guests arriving that day but he spent over 30 min tapping away at his phone to work up my quote. This was a simple job, it should not take over 30 min for him to work up the quote. When he was finished he showed me his phone so I could see my options - there were SIX different quotes ranging from $793 to $1,357! Upon further review later, I still cannot tell the difference between these quotes, they all seem to result in the same conclusion - a fixed leak. What could I possibly gain by spending $550? The repair itself took him just over an hour to complete so even at the lowest quote of $793 that I paid I feel like I was COMPLETELY ripped off and taken advantage of. But I was stuck because I had guests coming and he knew that.

Very, very pleased with Jeff and his work. He was extremely professional in repairing a leak in our water shut-off valve. As part of replacing the valve, he devised a modification to extend the valve handle which made it much more accessible to reach in its closet location. We cannot say enough about the outstanding service we have received from Ciriello Plumbing every time we've needed them, and their exceptional, professional plumbers.

The Technician Kyle Kingery was very nice and completed the work in a timely manner. No mess left and no complaints with service.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Wonderful to work with, will hire again if plumbing work needed in the future. I’ll be a loyal customer as Casey (the owner) and his crew were great the two times we had them do work so far— an antique bathtub install, requiring digging/laying pipe as well as new fixtures, and running gas for a new gas fireplace. I was thrilled that he did gas lines too!
