He focused on implementing every possible avenue his professional expertise and knowledge as a plumber enabled him to utilize. He worked effortlessly and went above and beyond any worker I’ve ever employed or witnessed working. He truly deserves employee of the year, without my even having seen what your other workers may have accomplished. He worked for 12 hours until he finished a job that he started. I almost feel confident in saying that had anyone else come to do this job, the result that Leon accomplished would not have come to fruition. I was in his presence at least 11 out of the 12 hours he worked. He tried and tried and tried again. And in the 11 th hour, when he thought he had done all he could, he gave it one last try ... and Whoa! The grease broke lose and he saved his client what would have literally been thousands of dollars. You gained more from his tenacity and grit then you would have, had he given up and told his client the worst case scenario of having to bust through cement, floors and no telling what else. He deserves a bonus from you all?.. and recognition for a job damn well done? I wish this job was filmed. It would have been an outstanding learning and training video for all plumbers.

Called for routine maintenance for my tankless water heater. Received next day service. Showed me everything they found, fixed a minor condensate leak, & inspected the exhaust pipeline. Great communication & service. Glad I called.

The service tech that came out showed up earlier than expected and was very helpful. He made sure I completely understood everything before fixing and before he left. I'd absolutely use them again.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

Bill Giles at Mr. Rooter was excellent. We had an awful situation on extreme snow day with pipes that burst. He was friendly and professional and repaired everything and installed a new water softener. He thoroughly tested all faucets when job completed. And he even helped coordinate work that the city had to do. Highly recommend Bill and Mr. Rooter. Thanks for your help!!

On time all 3 times I've had to use them. They have given me a 4-hour window and were in touch on the hour, and at my place within the 1st hour. They're expensive though, the ONLY reason for the 4-stars, $250 labor and a $15 part, but hey, I don't have a water leak now, so yay for that!! The techs are great, clean, quick, and thorough. My new pipe is GORGEOUS.

Jake arrived on time with his PPE on. Super nice guy and very professional. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. I initially went on recommendations that was on Nextdoor, a neighborhood app and so glad I did. I would definitely highly recommend Plumb Doctor to everyone. Met the owner today, I did a preventative maintenance on his rooftop unit. All I can say is if you want a straight shooter who cuts out all the b.s. this is the place for you. Trustworthy looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. Could'nt ask for more outta someone honestly.
