I was thrilled a HUMAN took my call on a Sunday, Bravo!Their electronic communication is great, and their plumbing techs were so kind and professional. While I experienced a problem that was beyond an immediate service call repair, Hope was responsive to my dis-satisfaction and made good on a compromised resolution. Their Customer service manager handled it very well.I will definitely use them again!

Our toilets back up into our bathtub ?They had someone out to me within an hour.Kyle showed up, worked quickly to solve the problem and was out within an hour as well! He didn’t mind the house full of children or the mess that come along with it, which I cannot put into word how much I appreciate. We will definitely be using Kyle in the future!

Had an occasion to request a visit from Reasonable Plumbing to give me an estimate on a drain leak under my house. Solomon arrived promptly on time though he had to drive an hour to get here. I knew up front there would be a fee for the estimate. After crawling under my house and evaluating the situation he determined that he could not do the work until some other remedial work was done first. He then crawled back under the house and took video of the problem and sent it to me. When I asked about his fee he refused to take anything though I tried to get him to. He said he hadn’t been able to improve my situation so he wouldn’t take any money. My impression is that Solomon is a man of high integrity and someone who can be trusted to tell you the truth about your situation!

Service Plus came out as part of service contract to do my annual plumbing inspection. In reality, Terry Spurling, the serviceman did very little. He spent 5 min to drain the hot water heaters vs a full drain (which is typically and takes more like 30 -40 minutes for my tanks), flushed a toliet, and timed how long it took for the water to get hot in the basement. He was very pushy about replacing my new hot water heaters with tankless and was very rude overall. They were in and out in about 20 minutes but sat in their vans on the street for another 40 minutes. Based on my conversations with Service Plus before the inspection, he did not perform the tasks intended. I called back and confirmed expectations again. Since he did not do what they outlined, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was out to lunch and never called back. I called again to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I needed a same-day emergency hot water heater just before a reno was to start, and they were here the same afternoon so we didn't need to get behind schedule. Everyone I spoke to was personable and professional, and took time to answer my questions. Matthew and Andrew removed the old water heater and installed the new one in under 2 hours. They were friendly, competent, quick, and the price was right. Great service! Will definitely call again!
