Chris the plumber show up right on time as I was told. He gave me options on what could be the problem and pricing. Unfortunately it was a large price but my brother said what was wrong was expensive to fix. Chris fixed the toilet in an hour once he had the parts. Great service.

Edit review... Prices were literally highway robbery when all was said and done. Backed up 3 more times and were basically told sorry about your luck. Bought an $80 bottle of what ended up being liquid draino, which is never good to use on older plumbing. Never opened and would not refund. Shame on robbing the public! Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

I do not recommend Service Plus.Our AC went off, and after being told by Service Plus that it would be $1330 to fix (then another $3300 soon when another part goes out), we called Williams Comfort Air to evaluate and give us an estimate. They were friendly, responded very quickly, and provided outstanding service.There was nothing wrong with our system! It did not need refrigerant or a new capacitor, motor, or evaporator coils as Service Plus told us we needed. Service Plus responded quickly, and they were friendly. I’m not sure why they tried to sell us things we didn’t need - whether it was an intentional and poor business practice or whether the person did not know how to evaluate the issue.Service Plus also said we might consider a new system due to the amount of money it would take to fix/renovate our system that is only 9 years old. The person who came to sell that piece went to the tactic… “I can call my boss, he can change the price, he has some wiggle room, what number do you think would work better for you guys…” I said no need to call, I’ll be getting another opinion.Williams helped and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We’d had a new roof and a tarp near the outside unit probably decreased air flow and caused the issue.Working just fine now! Thanks to Williams Comfort Air. We will be working with Williams from now on.

Called and left a non-emergency message on Sunday and was promptly responded to Monday morning. Already off to a great start, as I don't typically receive message returns from a Sunday first thing Monday morning. Once the plumber arrived, it was a quick assessment of the problem and we discussed several solutions, ultimately resulting in replacing the water heater due to what would likely result in future plumbing problems if not fixed promptly. I was expecting a few days to wait for installation, but the plumber had enough time between appointments to install that very moment. Called in a few other plumbers who came by and the work was done within a few hours. Everything looks great and the new unit is working wonderfully. Couldn't recommend this place enough based on the quick turnaround and excellent service.

I had a clogged drain and my whole house was backed up. I filled out my info online and was called right away. They were able to work me in same day. The technicians that came to my house were AMAZING!!!! They explained what was going on every step of the way. Very professional and cleaned up the area entirely. 12/10 recommend!!!

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

I worked directly with Joel and his team on fixing my sewage / service line. I had called a larger well-known provider for an initial opinion, and I didn't feel great about it... Luckily, a family friend suggested Hellyer for a second opinion. After I called in, Joel came to our house within 24hrs to take a look at the issue. He was able to find the root of the cause, and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Very nice people on his team. Fair pricing, too. All in all, very much appreciate the help and feel confident we chose the right plumbing service! Will recommend to anyone who asks in the future.

The plumber who came to my house was extremely unprofessional. I asked questions and he treated me like I didn't know anything. I'm not a plumber so obviously my knowledge will be limited.

He performed worked and then told me he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't the initial plumber to install my shower. He was unable to tell me how to make payment or what the cost of the work would be. He proceeded to make me wait for a lengthy amount of time before he could determine how payment could be collected.

I do not plan on hiring McNeely ever again for my plumbing needs.
