Poor experience all around. Scheduled an appointment with a no service Call coupon. Easy to schedule.They called ahead of the first appointment to say they're overbooked and need to reschedule. Then, at the actual appointment comes and they quote over $600 to add a vent cap under the kitchen sink and replace 2 bathroom faucets that we already had.Then, on top of everything, the plumber still insisted we pay the service Call fee. Their office manager had to call back later that day to refund the plumber's mistake.I'm not pleased with my experience.I'm sure they do good work but they are beyond overly expensive, so we decided to do the work ourselves.

Came out on a Sunday to help us get an outside leaky faucet turned off. Will need to replace the faucet later but at least the leak is stopped.

Aaron is an excellent plumber. He answered all my questions and remedied the situation with our clogged sink and garbage disposal. I highly recommend Aaron for any of your plumbing needs.

Edit review... Prices were literally highway robbery when all was said and done. Backed up 3 more times and were basically told sorry about your luck. Bought an $80 bottle of what ended up being liquid draino, which is never good to use on older plumbing. Never opened and would not refund. Shame on robbing the public! Didn't have time to edit this until now but seriously ppl, support your local small guys. They will not charge $30,000 for a job we paid $7000 for! Bye bye Roto-RooterOur service tech was awesome! poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

I experienced thee epitome of customer service with this company. Solomon and Pinochio went above and beyond in every aspect of service.
The quality of work was amazing and you can tell they love what they do. Communication was excellent and they truly made things so much better after having a water leak in my home. These guys took our issues seriously and came out quickly and on time. We have used other plumbers in the past but not anymore. Alex was an awesome representative for the company. I will not only always use Steg Plumbing but I will request Alex because he was great!

The service was per our annual contract for A/C preventive maintenance and recalibrating of our thermostat. The service person was personable and attentive to the service needs. He seemed a little slow in his work. One of the switches was not turned back on so a second service had to come out to see why our A/C was not working and immediately solved the problem. Had a water line leak. Under a slab. Guys worked their tails off to get to it and we’re polite and understanding when they had to give me bad news (additional hole in floor on other side of the wall). Also took it upon themselves to notice I was a veteran and offered a discount. Most folks don’t bring something like that up, they hope you simply don’t ask and charge full. Did great work and we’re good guys - will definitely use them again!

I had a guy named william from this company come out. He did awesome! He was only there for about 5 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get my water to turn on. He came in and worked his magic and boom water! Lol He was great at explaining everything to me if i have any other issues i will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

Pros:- Their work is above average quality- They offer unique hvac services such as aeroseal- They will clean up after themselves and try to protect your floors with paper and shoe nets.- They are nice and organized.Cons- They can price gouge.- You may see a visit fee pop out of nowhere before you even knew there would be one forcing you to pay on the spot.- They can try to upsell you on unnecessary items- Their discounts program is not very helpful- They can make mistakes and fail to fix.Because of the price gouging and hidden pricing structure, I do not recommend except for their unique hvac services which only a few other establishments offer.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

Johnathan came out on the weekend to fix our kitchen drain! He was welcoming and professional! Really appreciated his response time and communication skills to explain the issue and then how he resolved it! Great company, we will use them if we need a plumbing repair in the future!

Great superb service

In February we had our fireplace on and we smelled gas so we turned off the fireplace and called Mansfield Plumbing (since they were recommended by Godby and that is who installed our fireplace).

On March 3rd, Dalton from Mansfield Plumbing came to the house and tightened 2 nuts inside the fireplace (near where the gas line came into the fireplace). He never checked anything else – not inside or outside, nor did he turn the gas on to check it. He was in our house for a maximum of 5 minutes (no joke). We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $205 from them.

We did not turn on the gas fireplace again for a week or so and still smelled gas, so we called them again. Dalton returned and did some crazy, funky stuff outside. He assumed the gas smell was coming from the key insertion into the house, so he wanted to replace the connector outside. (Keep in mind that was why we originally called them and paid the $200 on March 3rd.) When he replaced the connector he moved it further away from the house (a good 12+ inches). He then came in and told us our key that turns on the fireplace no longer works that WE would have to go find/buy a 12-inch key AND a 12-in extender to be able to reach the new connector to be able to turn on the fireplace?? In the mean time he was going to just turn off the gas, so basically he never tested this new connector to see if it even worked correctly because we had no key to turn it on….. We were sent a bill IMMEDIATELY for $548 from them.

We then went to another plumbing store and bought a key and connector and SURPRISE – it did not work, so we had to call them again….. Another man came to the house (Richard) and now had to redo everything that Dalton did, and move the gas line and connector closer to the house so a normal 12-inch key will reach the turn value without the extender. To fix this problem he also had to replace the pipe coming into our house and made the hole a lot bigger…. Now that it is April, however, we can’t really check the fireplace to see if it works, but at least a key will turn it on…

Now, however, because he had to make the hole where the pipe comes into our house bigger we have to know have (another company) come out and try to fix the gush of air that is now constantly coming into our house from either the pipe or around the pipe and fix the tacky calk that is piled around the pipe on the outside of our house on the brick (tacky)……

We were promised they would “reevaluate” our bills and make it right with us, but that is not true. They made us pay all the originally bills. Bottom line this company got $753 from us and did a TERRIBLE job, and now we have to find someone to come and stop the cold air coming into our house by the pipe and fix the tacky patch job they did around the pipe on the outside of the house on the brick. (Have a picture of this.) So be ware and be prepared to pay a lot of money and probably not have it done correctly.

Love Topdog plumbing!! Leon is such a hard worker, not to mention so kind and knowledgeable. Their company is great at communicating, and have been able to get me on the schedule quickly and complete the job efficiently.
