We had a bit of a time crunch with several contractors working on our kitchen. Due to a miscommunication among the different companies, we almost had to move our family Christmas celebration because the plumber wasn't available for 5 days. Enter Hope Plumbing! They jumped right in and were able to give us a quote and begin work to help us keep our Christmas plans. Ryan was awesome with his recommendations and his work. Hope sent me a text with the picture of who I could expect, as well as a text when he was on his way. Ryan also called when he was 20 minutes out so I knew exactly when to expect him. He brought our sink and dishwasher shut offs up to code, installed an outdoor spigot, installed water lines for the refrigerator and dishwasher and hooked them up, and installed the garbage disposal. After finishing the work he made sure everything was functioning properly. My kitchen is now finished and looks beautiful, and it is ready for guests 36 hours from the time I first called.

Mike the technician was fantastic and very polite. However Franklin Plumbing, $500 for one hour of work for outside hose bibb with an easy basement suspended ceiling access. Plus , I wanted a Bibb that came straight out or 45 degree angle for easy hose attachment, NOT a 90 degree angle (difficult to attach hose timer). I've always been happy with Franklin Plumbing, never again, $500, ludicrous!

Bill came and installed a sump pump with battery backup in the basement. He was neat, kind, and he was very thoughtful to explain everything to me when he was finished. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for keeping your basement safe from water damage.

My jobs toilet was broken and they called one guy who made it worse. Then the Kris from RR. Came and fixed his mistake and our toilet. And fast too.

We love the Plumb Doctor! Have been using them for years. Richard Carballal was punctual, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I will definitely be requesting him when we need a plumber.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Very Professional and did a Fantastic Job. Did a Furnace inspection and tune up. Found a pvc vent pipe that was not glued that another company had installed on my furnace. Repaired humidifier and changed filters. Very fair price and Fantastic Service. I will only use this company in the future.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

I will 100% use Gurney Bush again. I had Gurney Bush replace a drain line on the exterior of my house. This was a very big project that required tearing out the driveway and connecting to the sewer line. My house is 100 years old (had clay pipes, bellies, backup etc) so we ran into some issues when we started digging but Gurney came up with some solutions and worked with me on getting it done. I was very pleased with their pricing, the guys that came to work on the project everyday, and their front office communication. Definitely recommend them for big projects like this.

Excellent experience with Leon and his apprentice. Leon is courteous and professional. I hired Leon to replace a bathroom faucet for us and to explore a hammering sound in the bathroom pipes as well. Leon identified high pressure from our city supply and recommended a Pressure Relief Valve. He was able to quote and install during the same visit; also did a great job installing our replacement faucet.

I highly recommend Leon and his team, especially if you are seeking an independent plumber with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Leon also provided education and instruction on keeping aerators clean on all faucets for better flow and preventative maintenance.
