Best Drain Line in Indianapolis IN

Had a very small gas leak gas company came out and shut us off. These guys are awesome they came right out got us tightened back up fast. Ended up dealing with two different techs both were awesome. Very friendly upfront and honest. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone with plumbing needs. Thank you Joe Hiatt and Josh for the wonderful service.

Best price in town and very professional he was also understanding of my situation and explained everything perfectly. Also was very quick with coming out to do an inspection and give me the estimate I needed.

I had a dual sump pump combo, and the main pump started making a crazy noise. Rick came out and told me the bearing had gone out, so I got a warranty sent back. Mitchell came after the replacement pump arrived, and had it installed really quickly. After he'd left, I noticed my backup pump wasn't working after the fix. Ben Franklin had Mitchell come back, and he quickly found the issue and corrected. VERY prompt all three times, communication was great, courteous, and got the job done! Safe dry basement.

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

Our technician, Luke, called me before he arrived to let me know a good ETA. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the clogged drain after the first attempt. I’m a very happy customer. Especially since my wife is now happy the clogged drain was “fixed right”.

Wesley M. did a great job! He was good at informing me of what he was doing, he also made sure I was able to leave on time to get my daughter from school!

Great experience. Craig & Sara Kantner purchased this company a few years ago and have developed a 5 star plumbing service. They also do restoration work. Quality work and dependable.

Well he was friendly and on time, but he left the bathroom a mess, didn’t put the door back on the crawl space, and I had to call about 20mins after he left. They had to send another plumber out because he didn’t bolt down my toilet. Water started seeping from under it. He didn’t even put a new wax ring on. I don’t know if he just forgot, but I was not pleased. The issued wasn’t even resolved. Apparently Roto-Rooter doesn’t work on septics. If I knew that I wouldn’t have even called them. Now I’m out $570 for a very expensive snake job.

The owner held my last check because a company vehicle that i was driving broke down. He blamed me for this and kept my last check. He said i owed him for the repairs. It was leaking fluid everywhere and overheated. How's this my fault. People should know how this company really treats their employess. They can be on time all day. But at the end of the day it's how you treat your employees. Enough said.

Thanks Blake and Bailey. This is the second time I've used ACME, had a toilet that wasn't flushing, they came out in the evening assessed the issue and resolved it for an affordable price, even after hours.

Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up! I called 3 times and sat at my house hoping someone would at least call to reschedule.. Don't waist your time, call Mr. Quik !

poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Both of the installation technicians were professional and educated me with my new water heater. I called the company back saying I wanted to move forward with the estimate they gave me a week prior and they were able to install my new water heater that same day. Great service.

Keith Kennedy was my plumber today. He was here to do my plumbing check for the season. He is professional, very personable and knowledgeable about his business. We had interesting & fun conversations while he was working and he was good about explaining what he was doing and what to watch out for during certain situations. He even did an easy 2 second repair for me. I would like him to be the return guy if I need something else. Thanks, Keith!

Moon family plumbing is professional and they come when they say they are going to come! All estimates are free and their work comes with a 1 year warranty. We have used them two times and been very pleased both times! We highly recommend them.

My drain tech for my service call was Paul. He was able to clear a backed up drain line for my washing machine. He did a great job and was very nice and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. $88 bucks to clear my line and was at my house within an hour of my call.
