Person answering the phone was pleasant, efficient, solicitous and let me know exactly what their staff would do to get on with our day and our toilet taken care of. Tyler arrived just when he said, gave me options and conversed with me, never anything but trustworthy and helpful. Got everything repaired or replaced and he double and triple checked every joint. He was done quickly and left the site clean. I am over the moon with delight for the service and product we received from Hope Plumbing!

After making an online request for an appointment I got a call within 24 hrs. They texted me a picture of the tech & gave me plenty of notice before he got there. We had 3 techs assist with the replacement of our water heater & they were all polite & professional.

I got my main drain line pretty clogged. Couldn’t use any bathroom or the washer machine. I called Roto-Rooter and I am glad I did it. Clint Williams took excellent care of the problem. Explained everything to me and gave me some options to do the job in trying to save me some money. I followed his recommendation and it worked pretty well. He was right.I found the cost of the service very reasonable, but more importantly, I am really happy with his professionalism, experience and quality of service. Jason arrived on time to install my new water heater and did a great job. He patiently answered all my questions. I also appreciated that he took time to tell me how best to maintain the water heater to extend its' life. That is great customer service. From the initial conversation with John to the final installation with Jason, everything happened as it was described to me. I will say that I was told it would be a couple of hours and it took a bit over 3 hours, so if I had only taken 1/2 day off that might not have worked well. But I know they can only estimate this - different for every install. All in all, I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thanks Jason and John!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!
