Pristine Plumbing did such an excellent job at my house. Really had an extensive gas leak in the house lines and Pristine was on the job until the end. Phil from L.D. Smith Plumbing installed a grinder Sump Pump for us. 1.5 year later, when the pump stopped working , they came over on weekend and fix the problem at no charge to me. This company stands behind their work and I recommend them.

Service was fine, price was decent - only complaint was that during original quote I asked them to check hook up on dishwasher, was told no problem. They did not include on quote, when they arrived we discussed looking at it again & I was told no problem they would, after service was done I asked again & he said yeah I will look at it, walked outside, came back in & said boss said he couldn't look at it. Was never about money, just declined to do the 3rd thing I originally asked for when we did quote. I would have hired another plumber if I had known up front they wouldn't do it. If they were honest and just said they did not work on dishwashers up front I wouldn't have hired them. Why hire 2 people to do 1 job? Now I have to do exactly that because they just weren't upfront with me. Easier to be honest the 1st time.

Said there was mold and we needed restoration place. Didn’t need it. Had our faucet replaced by someone else. They charged us an 89 dollar fee.

I had some issues with my oven turning on from the AC installation. Trace fixed the job and gave some helpful advice. He was professional and friendly!

It's been a while since I've used Gordon Plumbing, but they have always done a great job with plumbing and remodeling repairs in the past. I use to work at an office near Warren Park and they were our go to company if we had any sort of plumbing trouble. I would have no issues recommending them to family/friends today.

I called these guys out to get a quote on some plumbing work but then, the night before they showed up, my sump pump died!

So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to replace my sump pump, clear my slow drains, replace a couple of shutoff valves, and locate our septic tank when all I was expecting was a quote for some work!

They showed up on time, were very polite, showed me why my tub was draining so slow, and explained some possible solutions.

They also went through all my options for doing the plumbing work I was considering and referred me to a bathroom remodeling professional that could help me too.

Worst service ever and worst customer service.

Our drain was clogged out in the main line so sewage was backing up into our basement. Mark was phenomenal. Professional yet personable. He was available on short notice and was even super easy to reschedule with when we needed to. He had all the tools and knowledge to fix the problem. His prices are great too!

The gentleman that serviced our gas leak was professional, kind, and knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I waited a few hours before they got to the house; however it was a Saturday and they only had two team members available to give me the service I needed. The price was a little steep but the service was great!
