An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions.

I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners. I would recommend them to anyone!

Way overpriced! Charged 200$ for a 50$ faucet. Had to have someone come back the next day because there was a leak at shut off valve which wasn’t leaking before they replaced the he faucet. Wanted to charge me another 400$ which I refused to pay. Later after doing dishes when I emptied the sink the trap was leaking and water went everywhere. The trap was taken off by roto router so the guy could get under the sink. Won’t use this company again! Total charged for this service was 600$!!

We just moved into our new home about two months ago. I noticed a leak in my basement bathroom. I proceeded to investigate but then realized I should call a plumber. I looked for a plumber in my are and came across Reasonable plumbing. Solomon came out to do a diagnostic. Turns out it's a disaster...Solomon worked with me till I could give him more access to the problem area (it was in the wall). Solomon came back out and replaced the part that was agreed upon. He also discovered more issues. Thanks to Reasonable plumbing I got some progress on my plumbing fiasco. Solomon also called me and explained everything. Hard to find service like this.

We had a broken water heater and service plus was out later that day and I had a new one the next day. Fast and very professional.

Although I have not had need to use the services of Gordon Plumbing, I have seen the way Jerry Gordon treats his employees. Everyone should be so lucky to have such a caring employer as Jerry Gordon. The way his employees are treated certainly amplifies to his customers.

Chuck did an excellent job! He was on time, explained the process and options and just an overall nice guy. We can flush the toilet again!

I called these guys out to get a quote on some plumbing work but then, the night before they showed up, my sump pump died!

So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to replace my sump pump, clear my slow drains, replace a couple of shutoff valves, and locate our septic tank when all I was expecting was a quote for some work!

They showed up on time, were very polite, showed me why my tub was draining so slow, and explained some possible solutions.

They also went through all my options for doing the plumbing work I was considering and referred me to a bathroom remodeling professional that could help me too.

Had a blocked drain and they came right away. Justin did a great job cleaning the drain and was great to work with

My basement started to flood because of a backed up drain and within 30 minutes of calling, they were out here clearing it for me. He didn't charge extra weekend fees and he got it cleared fast and calmed my nerves. Seriously haven't had such an honest guy come and fix my house for me.

These people are completely incompetent

Danny and his team were quick to return my call, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose my issues, offer me choices, and make a quality repair. The price was more than fair and they didn't leave a mess. What more could you ask for?

Luke was awesome! Detected leak under kitchen sink and indicated it was a faulty sprayer. He showed us a new faucet he could pick up and install which we agreed to. Came back after picking it up and installed and it is absolutely stunning! Luke was professional, polite and obviously knows his plumbing! Thank you Luke for everything!
