First of all, I admit, Roto-Rooter was the last company I called. I was worried about big name big price issues, and a long wait for service. Wrong, and wrong again! Within 40 minutes of my initial call an agent was at my door. I worked with Miguel and he was able to immediately identify the problem, which ended up being far more severe than I had anticipated. Moments after we had an action plan in place. He helped us through all of the tedium, all the paperwork, all the insurance business.. this guy KNEW what he was doing! Next day I get the call for the service crew to come start the process, these two guys show up, right at the time they said they would. Despite having to work hard and physically, even after being reassured that we would stay away so they wouldn’t have to wear COVID masks, they refused.. said it was policy and they didn’t want to make us uncomfortable.. I’m vaxed and wouldn’t have minded, but was impressed that even when given the option to not, these guys still kept policy in priority! Beyond that they were friendly, allowed me to observe and ask questions, kept me in the loop of everything they were doing, and by the time they were finished I genuinely felt like this had been two of my buddies that came to help me, and not a company. It was done in a single session, to my satisfaction, and since I’m still waiting for the house to get put back together I can absolutely confirm that they fixed my issue, no further damage was caused, and the clean up they provided afterwards left my house looking like they hadn’t even been there... well except for the missing walls and ceiling of course. Honestly I could keep going on and I am rarely inclined to praise businesses, these people fully deserve to be recognized though, I was legit impressed and consider myself roto-rooter for life! Thank you so much for working so hard for me!

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did. I really appreciate Rudy and his level of service....thanks so much!

Frank was courteous, professional, knowledges and efficient. He was right on time and had our leak detected and fixed very quickly. He answered all my questions in an understandable manner, explained everything he did and gave other advice for which I asked. Definitely a five star rating and would definitely use his services again.
