I’ve long been a big fan of Hope Plumbing. They’ve always done a good job of explaining potential work needed as well as other alternatives I could explore. They seem very thoughtful and helpful with anything I’ve used them for. Very happy with them.

Pristine was available same day and super friendly. Derryck our tech was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us clearly. He gave us options and didn't pressure us on our choices. He was friendly and efficient and provided quality work. We signed up for the maintenance program which saved us money same day and in the future. With an old house that has old plumbing, it's nice to find a quality company that we can rely on.

Dan is the man. They installed a tankless water heater and new water softener. They were quick and professional. Great guys! It looks great and works great.

Larry was able to facilitate my request for a new water heater quickly, and less than 24 hours later Peyton and his assistant completed the installation - all while being pleasant, professional, and gracious in answering my questions. The basement drains were backing up and flooding the basement. The company sent a person out to quote the work of moving the basement drains to a sump pump and out to the sewer system. He was able to see the issue and come up with a simple and effective solution that was better that the others. The landlord signed the only quote sent and work was scheduled. I took a vacation day to allow them in. The work took about 5 hours and I was told they had finished. I saw the work and it was just adding a sink and a sump pump for the washing machine but not for the floor drains. When I asked about that I was told it wasn’t on the work order. I said that there must be a miscommunication since the washer wasn’t the issue. The tech kept saying it wasn’t on the work order and arguing with me. He made no effort to clarify the issue with his office and didn’t care that the work was wrong. My landlord called the company and was told that the floor drains were covered in the quote. Another day off for me just to have the same rude tech came back out put a plug in the floor drain and left. He told me that the $4000 quote was not what was signed and then ignored me because I was upset and rude to him! No one is getting to the bottom of the issue between what was contracted and what was delivered.

After two other local plumbing companies told us the only fix was to tear out our old tub's faucet/tile and start over, L. D. Smith came same day and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Couldn't be happier!

Chris Giles showed up promptly after I called. Probably an hour max on a Sat. Figured out a challenging plumbing problem pretty quickly, confirmed it by cutting out suspect parts & quick trip to store & back and he had it fixed & cleaned up promptly. Then tested it extensively, and re tested 2 more x. Very conscious person, worked quickly, but kept me informed the whole way. They have my business going forward. And Chris G is who to ask for if possible. Thanks guys!

Had a pipe start leaking under the house. Shows up early which was perfect. Worked quickly and got us back up and running right away. Technician was super friendly and polite.

We had Ricky replace our broken faucet with our new faucet. I was planning on doing the swap myself, but ran into an issue with the house's water supply lines having a push stop valve instead of a ball valve. Not wanting to mess something up, i called Plumb Doctor, and they sent someone out within a business day for a quote. The quote was reasonably priced, and Ricky did a great job installing the new stops and faucet. He even spent the time to clean up a few spots of water, ensuring that his work was complete and tidy. I would recommend them for anyone needing any plumbing work.

Needed to have septic serviced. Was able to get an appointment for the following day. Received email and text reminders day of scheduling and service. Tech (Michael) arrived on time, reviewed services and pricing, and answered our questions before start of work. Prompt, professional & courteous service by Acme.

I’ve now had two experiences with Reasonable Plumbing, and each have been wonderful. They are efficient, affordable and so helpful. I’ve been impressed with the level of communication from the company, too. From phone calls to texts, they keep you updated on when they’ll show up, and they follow up to make sure your problems are solved. I highly recommend giving them your business. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Always excellent service

It was time for a check up on my HVAC unit (nobody wants to be cold when winter comes!). We set up an appointment and service arrived just as planned. I will recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling to everyone!!

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did. I really appreciate Rudy and his level of service....thanks so much!

Very efficient. Very informative. Great transparency. Able to resolve clogged sink, and slow shower drain in no time. Also unseated toilet and gave clear and concise explanation of problem, repair quote, and scheduling of repair in just a few days. Brennan and his partner were both just awesome!!!

Howald is amazing and James has been our technician the past couple of times out. He’s professional and thorough; explains things very in-depth but easy to follow to understand the services he’s providing and why. We’ve had a great experience overall with Howald; James specifically has added just another layer to solidify our commitment to continuing our use of Howald for all of our HVAC needs!

Tony and team are always so kind and helpful when working at my home. They helped me completely replace my old corroded pipes with new PVC plumbing and I haven't had an issue since. They also helped me replace plumbing in my garage for my hoses. I trust them to help me with all of my needs, so much so I referred them to my parents who have been using Hellyer for years now.
