They let me know when a technician would arrive, and he called when he was 30 minutes away. The staff emailed, txted, and called with any communications. I appreciated their attentiveness and alertness.Once Tyler arrived he explained the worked needed and was happy to provide a quote before starting. He was very friendly and worked quickly. He allowed me to see what was being completed and answered all my questions. I have already recommended Hope to my friends and family.

had them over for inspection to check on some of the water lines. however, different from other contractors, they looked like they did not want to be there. they did answer our questions but it came off just lazy, hurried, and rude. we had to pay $50 for this disappointing service while Roto-Rooter can do the same thing with better service for free.

My water bill was twice what it usually is. They were able to set up an appointment super quickly. Even though we couldn’t find the culprit, he tested all he could. He also explained possible issues that could have effected my water bill the way it did. I feel confident that he tried all he could. Bill came and installed a sump pump with battery backup in the basement. He was neat, kind, and he was very thoughtful to explain everything to me when he was finished. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for keeping your basement safe from water damage.

Got in over my head doing a toilet install late on a Saturday. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. He arrived at almost midnight and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. He got everything fixed quickly and took the time to explain the repair. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter!

Had a great experience with Plumb Doctor. I loved that I was able to call and talk through the issue with a professional to decide next steps. The plumber (Jake) was right on time and very professional. He made sure to keep me in the loop and was straight forward about the cost before performing anything.

Took me forever even to get a quote scheduled. Got the runaround from the receptionist with multiple calls on multiple days. Then I was promised a time frame, which they did not show up and did not call and say it would be anything different. I called the office and then was promised an exact time. They called 15 minutes after that time just to give me a random quote over the phone without even seeing the job. And said it would still be another 30 minutes to even make it out there. What a waste of my time and very unprofessional.

I’ve turned to Solomon more than once with a ridiculous water heater issue (most recently, a birds nest blocking the vent!) and he has graciously helped me out every time within days of me reaching out. Reasonable Plumbing is 100% true to their name. Their rates are reasonable, they’re reliable, and most importantly for me, they are honest and straightforward in explaining whatever the issue might be.

There are so many plumbing companies in Indianapolis and big brand names have the highest visibility. Having dealt with at least two big name Indy plumbing companies for frozen pipe emergencies, and having spent unnecessary sums of money, I value Solomon and his business all the more.

I cannot comment on their ability to handle complex issues because I haven’t had one yet but they’re who I’ll be calling for any plumbing related queries.

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

HVAC purchased, doesn't work after spending $25k

Blake was the most helpful of any of the estimators we’ve worked with. He also presented his company’s reputation with pride, and we’re grateful for his service to the country and to us.We went with another offer for furnace replacement today out of loyalty to the relationship we’ve had with that company while in this home, but we’ll look again to Blake and to Service Plus when our air conditioner takes its last breath.

Had a quote done on installing a outside water spigot, people that came were very friendly and nice, no complaints. Then I saw the quote...they wanted nearly $800 to install something that takes less than a hour and maybe at most $100 in parts. They quoted over $400 for just the sillcock, like literally a $40 at most part. It took every part of me not to burst out laughing when they told me the price. Do they think people are just stupid, or trying to take advantage of people? I wanted to hire someone and was willing to spend a little extra to save myself the time, needless to say I will be doing the project myself.
