I called Hope Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning and Gabe was very helpful answering all of my questions even though he was under the weather. I scheduled an estimate for the same day because our water heater busted in our basement. Hope Plumbing let me know an hour before Tyler was going to show up and sent me a picture of him as well. Tyler was amazing!! We had a lot of questions which he happily answered and he even asked us several other times during the install if we had any other questions. You can tell that Tyler genuinely likes to help people. Tyler was so helpful I would recommend him and Hope Plumbing to anyone and will call them again in the future!

They were able to unclog a bathroom sink that became clogged as a result of poor service from another plumbing company. The original company was not able to unclog the drain without needing to cut into tile and flooring work that would be very costly. A friend recommended 3 Kings they were professional and able to resolve the drainage issue and also improve water flow without any cutting into tile or flooring and at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with our experience absolutely will use again and recommend to others.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

We are having some issues with our main sewer line so we called JW'S Plumbing Services after dealing with a horrible chain store plumber. Tyler was very helpful in identifying the problem while making sure not to price gouge us. He was very friendly and transparent about everything! We are definitely going to be using JW's to fix the overarching problem and I feel very good about the services provided at price charged.

I needed a water heater installed in Fishers. I received several quotes and Simply Water was very competitive. Andrew was quick to follow up and the water heater was installed the next morning. I only had a small leak so he exceeded my expectations.

??????This is a six star rating. This young man from Peterman Brothers came to our house to valuated the pump grinder. This pump grinder was installed in 2021 and it has been running constantly ever since. Which caused to burn out the pump grinder. Upon inspection Jonas Jackson and crew?from Peterman Brothers told use that it was not installed properly. They were prompt and followed through to install grinder properly. I highly recommend Peterman Brothers.

My home warranty company dispatched The Final Touch company for a plumbing issue in my basement. I had no cold water coming from my bathtub/shower. The original appointment was set for a Tuesday however they called the Friday before saying they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Great! Cameron showed up and attempted to assess the issue. He was on the phone consulting someone else for most of his time. Long story short, they advised I needed a new valve body and said I’d be responsible for removing my tub/shower so they can gain access. (As well as putting it back afterwards). I should also mention , that after he finished with his diagnosis, he put the tub/shower fixture back on incorrectly leaving a gap between the wall plate and knob. That didn’t sound correct to me and I looked up online afterwards if their company were actually licensed plumbers. I couldn't find anything other than a general contractor’s license to generate their company’s name (basically if you pay $250, have liability insurance and workers comp) and you can become a “general contractor”. (handyman basically, IMO). I decided to call a local licensed plumber as a 2nd opinion and he diagnosed the issue immediately.(balancer cartridge). The cartridge was $65 and took 5 minutes to replace. No tearing out of my bathroom as suggested by this company. I’m happy I went with my gut and hired a licensed plumber but had I listened to The Final Touch , I’d be out $1000’s for tearing out and replacing a tub/shower that did not need replaced . - morale of the story - check the licensing to make sure companies are qualified to do the work they say they can do

Had one of these guys come out to replace a tub drain assembly that I couldn't get removed. Had the parts already, just needed a pro to get the drain out. Plumber arrived on time and quoted me $650 to replace a tub drain......After quickly ushering the gentleman out of my house, I called Mishler Plumbing and was quoted $183 with service fee....We usually use Mishler but they are always busier than Fite....

EDIT: Fite recently called me concerning my initial review. The gentleman was very professional and explained to me that there was a misunderstanding of the services being quoted. I am changing my review to 4 stars as I do believe that had I used Fite after the call, the misunderstanding would have been corrected. I'm not making it 5 stars as Mishler did complete the service same day.

We had a quick time frame to get estimates and to have the work done before the closing. Joel Shores went above and beyond to help us with everything that we needed in order to accomplish our goal. The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner. As a Realtor, I would highly recommend Indiana Residential to my clients!
