Gentleman was both professional and quite knowledgeable. He was able to see an additional issue on top of the original request. He was able to get all the needed tools and replacement parts. Once completed did full testing to make sure everything was working properly. Also made some additional notes on things that need future attention.

I had a leak on my main water line running from my well to the house. I talked with Ron and he sent out Everit to analyze and give estimate. I was very happy with the estimate and Everit said they could do the job that day. Everit and three other employees worked diligently and finished the job that day. Very pleasant and professional. Wes came to my house to replace a pressure reducing valve. He called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would, which was also within the window I originally scheduled. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions I had. His work was very neat and of high quality. Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

It was a nice service call. But I replaced my own water for $520 instead of $1571 Summers was charging. I need my money!

We call on Godby for all of our heating and plumbing needs. They are always professional, thorough, on time, and they do great work and stand behind it. They installed our heating and air conditioning systems and maintain them semi-annually, and they have also solved plumbing issues for us and given us excellent advice and recommendations when the issue is better solved by another company. They text a photo and info about the service member on his or her way to the house, and the service member calls us to tell us as well. There is even a map tracking feature so that we can see how far away the person is and how much time we have until he or she arrives. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there is a personal touch to doing business with them that we really appreciate, from both the service members who come to the house and from Stephanie, the friendly receptionist.

Spoke with Susie to have a pit pumped and cleaned. She was very rude and insulting when I didn't know the proper plumbing terminology. Just based on the lack of customer service and common courtesy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
