Your company should be overwhelmingly honored to have such a diligent, responsible, honest, and extremely task oriented employee such as Leon. He focused on implementing every possible avenue his professional expertise and knowledge as a plumber enabled him to utilize. He worked effortlessly and went above and beyond any worker I’ve ever employed or witnessed working. He truly deserves employee of the year, without my even having seen what your other workers may have accomplished. He worked for 12 hours until he finished a job that he started. I almost feel confident in saying that had anyone else come to do this job, the result that Leon accomplished would not have come to fruition. I was in his presence at least 11 out of the 12 hours he worked. He tried and tried and tried again. And in the 11 th hour, when he thought he had done all he could, he gave it one last try ... and Whoa! The grease broke lose and he saved his client what would have literally been thousands of dollars. You gained more from his tenacity and grit then you would have, had he given up and told his client the worst case scenario of having to bust through cement, floors and no telling what else. He deserves a bonus from you all?.. and recognition for a job damn well done? I wish this job was filmed. It would have been an outstanding learning and training video for all plumbers.

Had a truly positive experience with this company (as I have had in past years). Jeff H. was incredible with everything he did - punctuality, communication, knowledge, professionalism, and cleanliness. He had to correct some plumbing issues under the kitchen sink as well as in the crawl space. He not only identified the problem(s) early, but repaired them expeditiously as soon as he was able to gather the essential equipment/parts. Jeff clearly takes pride in doing the job right the first time and making customers happy. Office staff were very friendly/professional as well. For anybody who hasn't used Benjamin Franklin in the past, I HIGHLY recommend this company. For those of you that have, I doubt this review surprises you at all.

Water softener installation

I needed to have a new faucet installed and Carter's was very accommodating regarding my receipt of the equipment, scheduled my appointment and installed the faucet as soon as I received it. They took care of all of the preparation, installation and clean up in a very orofessional manner.

Jake was great! He quickly diagnosed my leaking pipe under my slab floor and was able to execute a simple, least invasive solution, saving me a lot of money! After Jake was finished with the job, he left no trace and I couldn't tell where he had been working.

Great experience with these guys. I had two toilets that kept running and called another supposedly reputable company first. They quoted me $1000 to replaced the units in the two tanks. This seemed pretty crazy, so I had them leave. Weilhammer was great to deal with from the start. They showed up on time, were quick, and replaced everything for $200. It's nice that we have some honest people in the area.

Great experience with Mr Rooter. They were able to send someone out same day for an emergency plumbing need and kept us updated the whole way. Bill, our plumber, was easy to communicate with and transparent, sent photos of everything after. Prices seemed reasonable.

Fast and friendly service. Listened to what I wanted and was able to fix my problem immediately. Al Huff went above and beyond to make sure I was confident in the results. This is the second time I have used Acme, and have been very happy both times.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

We had some issues that needed to get worked through but Max and Nathan were awesome… Max spent a lot of time here trying to find the problem Nathan was superior in helping solve the problem. I would definitely recommend BMW for any of your heated in the air repairs

I was having a problem with some of the air vents in the upstairs of my house. I initially called another company to come out and take a look and their technician looked around, tried to convince me that there was nothing he could do, then charged me $90 for doing absolutely nothing and left.

Then, after filling out a form on HomeAdvisor, their sales rep Taylor called me and patiently listened to me rant about my situation. She was so kind and understanding and really made me feel like she wanted to help me fix my problem.She told me that they could come out for free to take a look at what was going on and if no repairs were done, that I would not get charged. She sent out one of her service technicians, Aaron K, who happened to just be finishing up a job around the area. Aaron arrived in less than an hour and the first thing he did was investigate exactly what was going on. I could tell he was determined to solve the problem and in less than an hour, he discovered the problem, explained to me what was happening, and fixed my problem. Seeing Aaron work was an absolute delight because I could tell he wanted to solve my problem and he did everything in his power to do so. He even crawled through my spider web-infested crawl space and got dirt all over his clothes to help me reconnect my vent, all during a late Saturday evening when he was really supposed to be going home for the weekend. I am so grateful for Aaron and Taylor's work and I will be calling 24-7 back for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. I can't recommend them enough!

John came out last night and worked hard at getting my frozen pipes unthawed. I was so thankful for him after having another company not try anything and just told me I was SOL until the weather warmed up. Not only that, but he was so good about answering my questions and helping me understand what happened and how I could prevent it better in the future. I was also very grateful that when I initially called in for help, his wife answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about the work too. Most companies I called gave me the standard description of what to try to do. She actually listened to what was going on and gave me helpful advice beyond the standard response of what to try if John wasn’t able to make it out to my house.

Great customer service.

We have used Roby’s for years (and at three successive homes) – and have only positive experiences to report. The people they have answering their phones are actually knowledgeable about plumbing which is very helpful. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for any plumbing call – and less time as reasonable in an emergency. The rates are always extremely reasonable and their service men are personable and so knowledgeable. We referred them to friends on many occasions over the years – with all good reports back to us. We trust this company and frankly can’t imagine using anyone else.
