Price was high for service needed. They’re into charging $49.00 to come out and give a ridiculous charge for any service. I asked for a rough estimate over the phone and was told an estimate was needed at my home. When the repairman arrived he had a large book with all service prices already insanely priced. To change an outside water spigot was $398.00!!! The part was $40.00 at Lowes!! At most an hour of labor. I have done this my self in the past, but not able to do this type of work anymore. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

Tim, Micah, Joe, and Nick were all wonderful! Micah and Nick worked hard to help me. Tim and Joe answered all of my questions in very simple terms to help me understand what was going on, they were very knowledgeable and confident and that put me at ease.

An experience with a previous plumber at another company, while they were kind, did not measure up. I felt like these guys cared about helping and making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on and what my options were. They also made sure I knew what each thing they did would cost, which I was told by the other company wouldn’t be able to happen until they did the work, which can obviously be very scary. I never once felt pressured to do anything, I was given knowledge and estimates in order to make my decisions.

I really appreciated their professionalism, help, kindness, and their excellent manners. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Technician Kyle Kingery was very nice and completed the work in a timely manner. No mess left and no complaints with service.

Mark replaced my 13 year old 50 gal. gas water heater with a new Rheem 60 Gal. gas high eff. one for half the price other companies wanted and for exactly the amount quoted.

Changing up my review. They tried to charge me 300 dollars for a product that cost 25 dollars. That's just straight up dishonest...just sad....

Excellent Work by this young man

Had some issues with my AC unit and needed to get a thorough assessment of what was needed to resolve this. The tech was onsite and did several tests and went the extra mile to ensure that we could resolve the issue. Probably the most refreshing thing was that there was no attempt to “up sell” me on other products and gave me a true analysis of what could be done with my existing unit. I will say, that since he was out and made the changes, my AC is running much more efficiently and my house is so much more comfortable in this unbearable heat!

Replacement of outdoor faucet was done carefully with all details properly attended to. The work has a neat appearance. Time was taken to explain what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I will use Plumb On again when I need plumbing services.
