Best Commercial Plumbing Repair in Indianapolis IN

Jared came in today and explained where our issues were coming from and suggested a water softener. He fixed our issues and with the water softener fixed the problem for the future. He got everything done in one day and was very professional and quick. Awesome job!

Nathan came to my home and replaced the water softener, water tank, and replumbed everything. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

Brad was early (when does THAT ever happen) and had the problem identified, parts obtained and problem solved by the end of the original appointment time. He was professional and worked with the landlord/tenant/property manager situation extremely well.

Overpriced. Charged $200 to pull and replace a bad element (that is almost 1/3 of the installed price of the complete water heater he put in several years earlier). He was here approximately 25 minutes. When I asked the repairman why so high, he said the truck charge alone was $150. An element averages $15.
Response to Mark: Your repairman did not flush the tank. All he did was quickly pull the old element and stick in the new one. Things are not that tough for me; I just don't like to be overcharged, and I obviously thought I was in this instance. Your guy spent some time in his truck while preparing the receipt. I would assume he would have contacted you to discuss the fact that I was unhappy with the charge since, as I told him, was almost 1/3 of the original heater that was installed in 2007. It does not need to be replaced. It just needed the element. Is the truck chg really $150?
11/29/17 response: Mark, changing your original response and continuing to insult me, in my opinion, is not a very professional move for any business owner. Do you honestly feel that any customer, or potential customer, who desires a fair price deserves to be told You know., if times have gotten that tough for you? Reminds me of an auto dealership where, after negotiating for the best price on an Escalade, the manager made a similar statement by suggesting we look to a lesser vehicle if we could not afford it. We walked out and bought the Escalade elsewhere. Not a good move by any owner or manager.
Again, is your truck charge really $150?

Had a clogged pipe during our home inspection and they resolved the problem for a fair price. Had an issue with part of our bill that they also resolved. Great customer service and would recommend to all in need of drain repair.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

You guys didn't do any work for me but I was at Meijer parked in the spot because I have a trailer on my truck and a guy in a service truck decided hes gonna park 3 in front of my truck where I couldn't hardly get out And he didn't even bother to move so I just wanted to let you know that guy that was there at Meijer is a real rude dude thank you.

A friendly plumber gave me an estimate on fixing a leak in my crawl space and moving my water cutoff above my floor. Everything was good until the $750 estimate. This estimate was way, way too high. How do I know? After I declined, I went to Lowes and spent $100 on supplies, then fixed it myself in 2 hours. It would have been much less for Roby, as I had to buy tools and 100ft of pipe, when I only needed 4. In other words, if the professional was as slow as I am, they were asking $350/hour.

Plumbers need to figure out that with shark/gator bite connectors, amateurs can do a sufficient job easily. I would have preferred to pay a fair price to have a pro do the work, but I'm not interested in getting ripped off.
