Received very good service from technician Jim Cummins. I was pleased that he consulted on cost throughout the service call and helped me choose the services I needed. The work performed (installation of a new exterior spigot with shutoff valve) was excellent and I appreciated his included plumbing inspection.

The group was extremely transparent, professional, and timely to respond to my questions. The prices were fair and the work they included in the proposal and final product far exceeded what competitors were offering.

They were receptive to my needs and the impact that not having a sewer had on the day-to-day of living. They complete their work in less than three days,

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

I have a unique experience to share. I found Mark's name in a blog that was 5 years old. I was trying to find new trim for a shower handle that was 23 years old. I emailed him with my contact info and when I woke up the next morning, he had left a voicemail, a text and an email. He has been really easy to work with even though I am in Oregon. He mailed the parts that I needed and they were here just when he promised they would be. If I lived in Indiana, I would call him every time.

Aaron was fantastic in getting our drain cleaned out. He was very friendly towards my children and pets.

Purchased a new home and had contractors leave a complete disaster of a mess with the existing sump pump line. James was awesome to work with. He knew how to solve my problem right away. He ran 50 feet of new line away from my house with larger PVC. It’s been about 2 months since and zero issues. Him and his partner left minimal mess in my yard and I no longer have standing water.
