The guys were on time, professional, were courteous of keeping our home floors clean with coverings on their boots, and did a quality job. There was a miscommunication between the price the office gave us and the price the guys who came to the house were charging, and they were nice enough to honor the price given to us over the phone by the office. We really appreciated that.

Pristine Plumbing is great! I had an issue and they were out within an hour to check on my house. The people I spoke with over the phone were great and easy to work with. The technician they sent was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Water meter kept running. They came out and said it was a leak in the slab. The technician kept looking and ended up finding our toilet was leaking so small that it was hard to detect. Great work.

Went through 3 plumbing companies before calling Mr. Rooter - they were all either clueless on how to fix the toilet tank or tried to sell me an whole new toilet - which was not necessary - Aaron from Mr. Rooter had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. You can't ask for more than that.

Met the owner today, I did a preventative maintenance on his rooftop unit. All I can say is if you want a straight shooter who cuts out all the b.s. this is the place for you. Trustworthy looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. Could'nt ask for more outta someone honestly.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Matt does a very thorough and conscientious job and explains what he is doing every step of the way. He also seems very balanced and fair in assessing you system weaknesses and remaining serviceable life and future replacement cost.

I have been using Godby for our commercial building in Fishers for the last 2 years. They are always on time with their scheduled PM's and are up front with any potential repairs that are needed or can be put off and scheduled for a later time. All repairs are done while being safety compliant when using boom lifts etc. Great all-round service with no smoke & mirrors pricing. You should give them a try for your commercial or residential needs....

My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!

I called Gordon Plumbing since they were a vendor referred by AO Smith as a certified vendor. I was having a problem with my water heater not providing hot water. The tech came to my home and he had a great demeanor. He told me that I was not receiving hot water because there was lime build up. He said to fix the problem that I should install a water softener. Gordon does not sell water softener’s so I called another company to purchase one. The informed me that installing a water softenter is not going to make hot water flow through out my home. This is a measure that needs to be taken after the water heater has been flushed out. This is more of a preventive measure, that it would not remove all the existing lime build up. I called Gordon Plumbing back to inform them of this. The young lady who answered the phone was the rudest customer service rep, I have even encountred. She told me she could send out another technician but I would be another service fee after I had already paid 140.00 with no resolution to the problem. She customer service rep agreed that he should have offered to drain the tank but he never did. I asked to speak with the manager several times, she said “I heard you say that several times”. She never put a manger on the line, only told me that she had spoken with the manger and they could come back out and drain the water heater for another fee or cancel the appointment. I cancelled the appointment after being mistreated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS THEY WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WILL BE RUDE TO YOU AS WELL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THEM. BEWARE!!!! 2-15-18
