The two gentlemen that showed up were very clean and professional. The work done was a quality job and they explained everything. While a bit more than I expected, plumbing repairs like these usually are.It was a scheduling challenge the first day, so they were not able to show. They did contact me at the end of the day. They did show up the following Monday for the second appointment. The text and email notifications were helpful.They both said they enjoyed working for the company, which says a lot. I will definitely use them again.

Oh my gosh they are the Best, I called Pristine and spoke to Macee she is a blessing. I needed to get my water leak on my meter fixed. The next morning she sent out Mitchell and his helper out and they done an assessment. It was leaking behind the block wall and the line comes in under my porch to the basement. And also heard a water leak on the other side of the house. So Mitchell and his helper fixed the water leak under the tub and replaced my water heater.

Same day Macee called to let me know the weather had a lot to do with the next part of my job my water meter leak.
My 3 Super Heroes pulled up early Josh, Jake and Stefan to dig up my yard to fix my water meter leak. It required a new pit and location for it. They worked all day throughout the rain. Got my new pit and water line under the house. The guys are remarkable never did complain at all. Josh ran the backhoe and done an excellent job and the yard looks good. Jake and Stefan ran the waterline and set the water meter. Everyone done a fantastic job from the start with Macee sending out Mitchell and his helper. And my super heroes Josh, Jake and Stefan everyone working together and no one was upset. I am so impressed with Pristine plumbing they are the Best and if I could I would give you 10* on your rating I would. Thank you so much for hiring the Best.

Mark & Brian were outstanding. Mark laid out where leak on slab was probably coming from.Brian seemed intent on doing the least damage to my house. The job was done speedily, professional and very little damage for a widow to have to deal with. I have had several Workman lately and these gentlemen were the most pleasant to deal with. The technicians who performed the work were very good. They provided a estimate of the the work to be done and wrote a very detailed description of what they would do. The day of the job they arrived in a timely manner and completed the job in less than the estimated time. I would recommend this company.

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. We had Reasonable Plumbing come out to plumb and install a water softener, as well as replace a leaking hose bib. Solomon was super professional and responded quickly. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I accidentally dropped an earring down my bathroom sink. Gage came to my rescue and was able to retrieve it, unscathed.
He alerted me that the pipe drain had gunk & hair that was causing the same pipe to empty slowly. He offered to clean the gunk out and I accepted.
Now my sink drains quickly!

When I called they sent a serviceman in 20 minutes!!!! Gary’s picture was also texted to me so that I knew who to look for. Excellent idea for home safety.Gary was courteous and respectfully followed all covid regulations. Gary talked me through each step of the process and inspected all parts of the heater to make sure everything was tip top. The visit was cheap, I have heat, and I didn’t waste my whole day! From the initial phone call to the time he left me in a warm house was about an hour! What other company can claim that!I will continue to call Summers for any heating/cooling needs. And may request Gary specifically as he was very knowledgeable and gracious.

I had two toilets that needed small repairs (one had a leak and the other one had a flushing issue) and they fixed them in less than 30 minutes. They worked quickly and told me exactly what they needed to fix. Great work!

Casey is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the free estimate and the work he performed to replace water lines to our washing machine, and install 2 toilets and a vanity. We will call him again the next time we need a plumber!
