Called them for service at my home. He asked that I send my home address and issue via text and he would be there a couple of days later. I sent the text and he never responded. I called a couple of days later and he doesn’t answer. I call back three times and he finally answers the phone, sounding agitated. I just hung up the phone and called someone else. This guy sounds stressed and is unprofessional. Look elsewhere….

Mitchell was my service rep that came to my house and he did an excellent job. He reviewed my options and I decided to replace my hot water heater and my water softener with a more updated high tech system. He did a great job explaining the different option I could choose to do. He did not pressure me to buy new but explained to me my options; to repair or to buy new. Mitchell is an excellent service rep for your company!

Brian was great. Legitimately, I had a super-simple issue to fix. (P&R the tube faucet.) He made it no more difficult than it was and was in and out in no time... leaving no mess. He was also very pleasant!

Jason came out and took care of my concerns, made calls, took the time to talk to my husband which is 1000 miles away in business and referred me to a restoration company to get my home repaired.

Samuel was personable, cheerful, and seems quite competent. He spent time diagnosing the problems involved, took several photos, and explained the process involved in the repairs. Because he had responded to my request as an emergency, it meant that it was so late that he could not complete the repair this evening. He, or another technician will return tomorrow to finish. He presented a detailed written plan for service and the costs involved. I felt comfortable with him, and my dog liked him!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!

**Go elsewhere if you have a home warranty, or will need any form of documentation for warranty or insurance needs!!!!!! They WILL refuse.My husband and I have used Howald a few times over the years, in both our previous home and our current home. The reason that they are receiving two stars is because until now we had not experienced any issues.Yesterday our A/C went out. As usual, when we had an issue we called Howald. They came out today, and the technician James was great. He replaced a part that was malfunctioning, cleaned off our unit, and talked through our options over time as our unit likely was near the end of it's life. We didn't want to refill the refridgerant yet because it was going to be very expensive, and wanted to call our home warranty company. James has mentioned that they don't work with warranty companies as a policy, which I didn't realize was going to be an issue as we were going to pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement.I called Howald back, not 20 minutes after the technician had left our home. They said that they refused to speak with my warranty company to answer their questions, and also wouldn't be able to provide me with any documentation about my service or needs without coming back out and charging me again. I simply needed a sheet of paper answering a few questions about what they just looked at on my A/C. My warranty company attempted to call for me, and they still refused.We would have given them likely $1000's in more business for the convience of speaking with the warranty company OR providing me with documentation of their visit. And we're out 100's more dollars than need be.

Over priced and I question the need for the excessive amount of work to solve my issue.
