gave me a quote of 1300 for a leaky water line and said it was cracked. it was a coupler that had gone bad. 5 min job and 10 dollar part job. over priced to charge anyone.

The technicians did great work installing our water heater and removing the old one. The gentlemen were very kind and helpful before they left by showing us how the new water heater and softener works.

I am very pleased with their responsive action to fix our AC issue. They quickly identified the issue, fixes it, and got our unit back in action. Additionally they replaced my hot water heater which looks great. Quality install. Many thanks!

Unfortunately we were unable to receive service from this company. We called ahead, spoke to someone and set up an appointment. The time for our appointment came, and went. Upon calling to find out where the technician was, the office representative was rude, short with her tone and repeatedly stated, “they said they had tried to call you and left a voicemail.”-this never happened. The office rep then stated that we requested not to have a technician until after 3pm. She then explained that it is a call ahead system with no time window. None of this was explained prior. Between the miscommunication and attitude from the office rep, we will not proceed with them.

Great service and fast!! I will be referring him to everyone I know.

We have used Jonathon now at both of our homes over the past 5 years. He has been by the far the best and honest plumbing contractor we have dealt with and I am very picky.

AVOID! HORROR AWAITS! Charged 6 hrs./$688 labor to install a simple 50-gallon gas water heater! How it went? “G” appeared with wrong type heater (electric), charged to go back and get a gas water heater; installed lower grade gas model than requested; new unit has horrible noise when faucet was turned off (video); twisted off inlet to water heater…did not replace…did makeshift repair and charged me; ripped entire water circulation unit & home phone lines of the wall & and simply left them dangling (photo); unbraced circulation unit sags and sways which stresses inlet (video – I think it would have fractured in week!); heavy metallic waste discarded in damp laundry pile (ended up in our washer and dryer); each stair step (light color carpet) stained with rusty sediment; warranty and manual left drenched in water; rusty metal screw dropped on carpet - family member stepped on it; reinstalled urethane insulation on cold water inlet; “G” said I required a thermal expansion tank installation (false: we have an open system – no backflow valve); hot water circulation pump valve left in off position (two bathrooms did not have hot water); did not wear Covid mask during entire installation. And there were issues from McNeely’s office: nothing in writing; no written estimates; no diagnosis of leak/problem; errors in transcribing almost all details of request (example: lost our address after request was placed); appointment cancelled/scheduled for Christmas eve; promised but failed to help process valid Rheem warranty (McNeely is a Rheem ProPartner); not truthful in BBB affidavits concerning this affair. I could add much more! But, be warned, this is what you will get if you hire McNeely!

Eric Graham was fantastic! We had a clogged sink that we tried everything to fix. He was able to get us all taken care of and give us solutions for preventative care. He was very friendly, well knowledgled and went the extra mile with his patience/ kindness with our dog.

Phil came on a Sunday morning and we pleasant, efficient, and very helpful. Thank you Roto Rooter for getting us out of a jam.

They all did a great job. John (sales), Adam and Brian (HVAC replacement), and Mitchell (water softener install) were courteous and professional, and so far everything is working well.

Very happy with the service! David was able to come out the same day I called (which I hadn't expected), and he kept me informed about when he'd be arriving at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and identified a couple possible solutions. He fixed the toilet, and I'm quite pleased with everything. He was very knowledgeable, and I learned several important things about plumbing and home maintenance during the service call. (I'm a new homeowner, so this is all new to me.) I'll definitely call him again if I have any problems or need any plumbing work done in my house.
