My parents needed an upgrade to their sump pump for their finished basement after realizing that they did not have a battery backup.The individual on the booking center was very helpful and provided options for service date an time.There was a big storm and there was no power, they sent a technician the same day that explained the process and the pump got installed in short time during the COVID-19 crisis, I communicated with him over the phone as I could not visit my elderly parents due to the virus and he provided description of the work to be done, and pictures of the before and after, I thanked him for his work, kindness and dedication to work in this times of healthcare emergency.On time, with good communication, service as expected.

Wes and Joe did an excellent job installing a new sump pump discharge line and drain for my gutter downspout. They were very courteous and kept me informed of their progress. They restored the lawn to near original condition and removed all the debris. I will be calling L. D. Smith for all my future plumbing needs.

Excellent Service! I called with an urgent water heater problem and had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. My basement is extremely hard to deal with, but Mark was able to replace the water heater without any problems or delay, and helped me work with my home warranty to get reimbursed. I would highly recommend this company for fast, reliable, and honest service at a very fair price. I was also provided with very valuable advice on long term maintenance. Far better than any other plumbing company I've ever worked with!

I WOULD HAVE LOST $2500 IF I USED YOU. I don’t normally mess with reviews. But, if this saves another homeowner thousands or helps to change your business practices then good. Don’t reply and say my name isn’t in your system. My wife scheduled the job. I can post it under her name or a photo of the payment/refund if needed. My main water line was leaking out front by the meter. My wife helped me out and got your company; Plumb Doctor. They came over and told her it would be $2500 minimum because it needed dug. I didn’t speak with them but at that price I assumed the line needed replaced. (We paid upfront and got a refund later). I called the day of job to check in and after a short conversation with your manager I realized you were hand digging and patching the line for $2500. (Didn’t seem right). I complained and your manager came out to my home and stated all his digging jobs start at $2500. I replied if this job took 8 hours that would still be over $300/hr labor rate. He replied by saying in short that’s what they charge and asked if I knew anything about business and profit? (Business must be great if you have work). The manager also stated he recently took a class regarding easements and responsibility when it comes to a main line leak. He affirmed with 100% certainty that the water line between the street and meter (Citizens Energy’s line) was the sole responsibility of homeowner. My water meter was not registering the leak. It doesn’t take a class to know most homeowners wouldn’t fix their main line leaks if they still had water and it wasn’t costing them. I had too many questions so I sent you home (because I knew you were wrong) and had an independent 40+ year experienced plumber come out on a Saturday. In 5 minutes he said Citizens line is leaking and gave me the code and everything from memory that said it’s the utilities companies responsibility to repair. I called Citizens, they came out, and had it fixed (at their expense) 2 days later. This entire picture looks like PLUMB DOCTOR was trying to rip off a woman (my wife) or it was just a complete lack of being a knowledgeable/reputable plumbing company. Rudy (the initial plumber) was very courteous and professional. If I knew how to run a business as good as yours (that was a joke) I would hire him. I would literally be out $2500 if I listened to your manager Stephen in charge. Might stick to fixing toilets. Thanks.

Our HVAC was blowing hot air with the AC on and Lance quickly troubleshooted and noticed the thermostat and heat pump weren’t wired properly. We were given a quote before repair and after about an hour, everything was fixed and we are now good to go for the incoming summer months.

Danny did a great job replacing my water heater. He was very prompt, asked questions to see exactly what I needed and got the job done at a reasonable price. I'll definitely use him again if the need arises.

There was an extra fee for emergency service, but the technician came quickly. I felt he was honest in diagnosis and not pushy. Repair done and I'm satisfied with outcome.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

I had the spare part a 10 dollar shut off valve the guy asked for 400 dollars and then said he will give me 50 percent discount chargedc200 dollars and spent 10 minutes on changing then asked me to replace the toilet assembly the plastic flush part did the same thingShowed list price for kabour 400 then 100 percent discount for 200 Total cost 400 then 30 for plastic part and tax total time spent 35 minutes labor charge 400This is outrageous I won’t use them again

We recently had several plumbing issues surface in our 30-yr old house (May 2022). They included 2 broken toilets and 2 leaking sinks, all original. After some research in the morning, we called Winters Plumbing and were frankly thrilled by the superior service we received. After coming to our home for an estimate in the morning, the owner was able to have replacement toilets and faucets delivered within an hour, had them all installed, and hauled away the old ones by 4:00 pm! All areas were cleaned up perfectly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The price was very reasonable and the entire project completed in one day!
