Best Toilet Plumbing Repair ?????? in Indianapolis IN

Appointment was confirmed for Monday 4/12, no specific time, just Monday - which I was fine with. No one showed up or requested to reschedule. On Tuesday evening I reached out and was informed that emergency work prevented them from showing up Monday. Still doesn't explain why I wasn't contacted, at any point, on Monday or Tuesday.

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

We noticed a major leak from a pipe under our bathroom last night in our crawl space. We contacted the plumber we usually use and sent a video of the leak late last night. After being advised to turn off the main water supply to our house, we were told that our plumber was booked and not sure if they could get us on their schedule today. After calling four more plumbers this morning without any luck, we got ahold of someone at Maxwell and Sons Plumbing at around 8:15am. After discussing our issue and sending the video of the leak, we were contacted by Scott, who assured us that he would be at our home by 11:00am.

Scott arrived at 10:45 and quickly and professionally recognized the issue causing the major leak. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and explained to us that the issue was an easier and less expensive fix than we anticipated. He had to leave and grab a few parts, but returned awhile later and repaired the problem. We felt so fortunate to find Maxwell and Sons Plumbing and Scott! Our water was back on LONG before any other plumbing company could even get over for an initial assessment.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and Scott! They will be the only plumbing company we ever call again!

D.T. was on time to remove old kitchen faucet and install the new faucet. He loves his job and it was on full display. D.T. took time to explained how he would complete the work, which I appreciated. The new faucet looks great and D.T. work was outstanding!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Juan Morales is an excellent, knowledgeable plumber. He found our piping issues underneath the kitchen sink were not line up because the original plan had a disposal installed. The pipes leaked when the dishwasher ran. Juan discovered that the piping wouldn't realign because the original design included a disposal which was not in plave when we bought the house. So, he installed a brand new disposal, all pipes aligned, no more leaks. Very reasonably priced! Very happy with the overall results.

Very unprofessional, you do not get what you pay for with this company, they do a really bad job and they don’t want to come back to fix it...

I used them for my personal residence. Had a leak that flooded my pantry and front livingroom which forced me to shut off my main water line for almost 2 days. Contacted Mr. Plumber they quickly sent someone over to diagnose and repair the issue. Conner Young assisted us he was very professional, kind and thorough in explaining what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. I am very happy with the hard work they provide I will recommend them to everyone I know!

They were able to diagnose the problem and make a fix until we can run new gas line. However, I talked to a contractor friend after their visit and he was a little surprised on how much they charged for what they did. The technician that came out was nice but not very personal. In an emergency I would still use them

I have used Hellyer on a number of properties, from service calls to water heater installation and sewer projects. They are friendly, timely, and competent. Highly recommend!

I called them a week in advance for service and scheduled a time for them to come and clean my main line drain. We informed them that the repairs had to get be done in a specific time frame because we were purchasing the property. A technician came to the property, refused to service the property, and then the technician wouldn't answer when I called him back to try and reschedule. This was a large inconvenience and put us way behind schedule.

I was really glad I called Drain busters. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning my drains. Prices were very reasonable.

We use Carson and sons plumbing for all our plumbing and gas service needs. They are highly skilled and a great company to work with. Highly recommend!
